If you are looking for a great quality electrolyte you can just add to something and move on with your day look no further than keto chow. It’s virtually undetectable and works great to keep you hydrated throughout the day.

I add it to my water daily. I can’t taste it and it doesn’t take much. Seems to work well and help with a hydration boost on hot days.

If you have ever tasted super salty ocean water, like in Jamaica, or somewhere similar, this stuff on its own would be a close match. It’s not good in just water. If you add it to another electrolyte powder that has a good flavor, such as LMNT, then it’s a winner. It did help me adjust to Carnivore when I first started on it, but had to add it to electrolyte powder (LMNT or Sugar free Liquid IV). It works well, but is not very enjoyable to drink on its own, which definitely makes it not a good value for the money. Also, the container leaked when properly closed, if I packed it in my bag to take to work, so I had to put it in a ziplock bag to contain the spills.

Sugar is not good for you. Artificial sugars are worse. But this product has none of that! Just minerals and electrolytes, it’s perfect.

I work outside in 100+ degree weather and high humidity. Welcome to Texas. When I’m really, really thirsty from sweating my ass off, a sports beverage like Powerade or whatever sounds nauseating. All I want is some nice, plain ice water, but I don’t eat much while I work and I know electrolytes will make or break you. I ordered the smaller bottle with the dropper for easy dosing to try it out, and… suddenly the heat became much more bearable and I didn’t feel like I may pass out.
I’ve been using this consistently for months now, and I order the largest size they have and use it to refill the small dropper bottle I got originally. It’s easy to keep in my work truck, and it’s already dissolved and mixes easily with ice water. The taste is almost nonexistent unless you add a crap ton, and even then it isn’t unpleasant—just very mildly salty. A squeeze of citrus covers it up pretty easily.
I personally add about 4-5 dropper fulls every time I refill my 40oz water bottle. Less if it’s a cooler day out. I haven’t tracked how long it lasts me, but either way it’s cheaper than buying Gatorade (and less waste!), and is easier than trying to dissolve salt in cold water and accidentally drinking some salt crystals. I plan on buying this for the foreseeable future.

I really love these, straight forward and so easy to use! As long as you don’t put too much into your drink it is tasteless, tastes just like water when added just to water. Helped me so much when transitioning to a Keto diet and now in my transition to Carnivore, no Keto Flu symptoms! I bought the large and small bottle combo so that I could refill and use the small bottle when traveling, which worked great no leaks!
I wanted a second small bottle for my husband to keep at work as he’s transitioning to Keto and another large one since mine was starting to run low. However, the new ones aren’t working out as well, the product inside is great and the same from what I can tell, but the large bottle’s cap came broken and the little bottle’s cap doesn’t fit right, like the threads are off or different. The older one I have fits great! This new one is hard to screw on and feels like it would leak, I’m hoping I have the only one like this or that they fix this quickly, because it’s really a great product!
I normally put 10 drops in my water bottle each morning and that’s generally enough unless I’m working outside in the sun that day. I refill my water bottle several times each day after that initial fill with the drops, but mostly only need the drops that one time. Hope you can fix your breakage and the small bottle cap’s fit soon!

We’ve been using these for a while now – I think we’re on the 5th bottle and a bottle lasts my wife and I about 2 months. This one is hard to know if it’s working but I feel like since I’ve added this to my daily routine I’ve been feeling better. I add a dropper (bought some small droppers from Amazon too) to my coffee every morning to get my electrolytes for the day. If I’m out working in the heat I usually mix another dropper in a bottle of water in the evening. Low electrolytes can make you feel drained but it can also make you get cramps and possibly other medical issues.
In a bottle of water, just a few drops will cause the water to taste salty like ocean water, if you don’t like that take get some sugar-free, dye-free flavor drops and add a few to the bottle (16.9oz) and the salt will enhance the favor of those and taste great (like salting a watermelon). The price might seem high but this bottle will replace several dozen bottles of sports drinks and you can control what you put them in so you won’t be drinking all the other garbage they put in those drinks (sweeteners, dyes, etc).
