absolutely love this product. it tastes great! no weird clumping or texture. i work as a line cook and i’m sweating all day and so am often dehydrated. i would get leg cramps and feel thirsty no matter how much water i drink. this has completely solved that problem – i just have some before bed or in the morning whenever i feel extra dehydrated or feel that my legs are wanting to cramp and it always does the trick. its a great value especially compared to brands like liquid iv. i’ve had it for a few months using it 3-4x a week and i’m only halfway through it.
also love that it is rich in the actual electrolytes you want from a product like this. many other electrolyte powders don’t actually have much potassium or magnesium but this one delivers!
