I buy krill oil for joint relief, It’s an excellent source of healthy fats. It works wonders for inflammation & inflammation causes pain! Krill has an anti-inflammatory effect in your body.
The other benefit is it has raised my HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) & lowered my triglycerides!
I have found it to be a great alternative to fish oil. The results showed up at my physical!

This product is a great value for the price, I like the easy to swallow small pills too. I really like taking Omega 3s for pain relief. Prices of quality fish oil have increased so I wanted to give krill oil a try especially for phospholipids and astaxanthin and I’m so happy I’m on my second bottle

I started taking this about a week ago, theres so much research on the benifits of omega 3’s and krill oil is said to be superior to fish oil. So i take it just for health maintenance, and to be my best self.
I like this product its very affordable and seems to be quality. I cant really tell if its benefited me but it feels good to take. It can take weeks or months notice benifits from omega 3 supplements since it takes time to build ip in your system.
I will keep taking it!

I take this because I have a bad knee and am looking at a knee replacement in the near future. This hasn’t taken away the pain but has made it more tolerable to bend my knee. I was going down the steps one leg straight but I can bend it again. Easier to swallow than a fish oil pill. So I’m extremely happy with this product.
