Didn’t do anything for me at any dosage (even way above the recommended dose) except make my mouth numb and tingly. On the other hand, the fact that it did even that much tells me that it *does* have active kavalactones, so maybe it will work better for other people.
This is a fairly thin liquid for a non-alcohol extract, which may or may not be a plus for you. Compared to Kava-6, it’s way less strong, but also *way* less messy.

Hawaii does kava right! Whisper light taste but extremely potent effects, I feel like the glycerin is safer than alcohol tinctures. Real effective natural pain relief and sleep aid, I seriously love this stuff

Unfortunately I didn’t open this until three months after I bought it. I now discover that there is NO KAVA in it. The tincture is clear and has no flavor and the product has no effect. Kava tincture should be darkly colored, very bitter and work immediately for anxiety.

Smells and tastes better than the AC it replaced when that became unavailable. Seems to be doing its job helping my teenage son from getting too excited or too upset and seizures under control. He also takes a minimal CBD and CBG dosage. This, along with Valarian and magnesium at night and GABA in morning and plenty of exercise in the day keeps him Seizure free, panic attack free, and in a better attitude. I’ll be straight up with everyone. I take so much crap, I don’t even know what I take this for, but I take it all the time (a month on, month off, as kava can be unkind to your system). I prefer the liquid supplements because, again, I take so much stuff, I can’t keep up and the liquids just pop right into my coffee. It’s not a pleasant taste, you have to be careful how much you take, and don’t be crazy about it. More is not better.
