This lotion is not at all oily. Does a great job moisturizing the skin. I like the scent and the little bit of tingle it gives to the skin. I especially like to use after shaving as it does leave a greasy feel to my face and neck.

I really love Karl & Hans BotanicGourmand Coconut body lotion! I love the scent and I love how it works! The scent has a very light coconut smell but to me, it is just a clean, fresh smell. The coconut part is very light. The pump/bottle works great. After applying the lotion, it sinks right into my skin without any greasiness at all. My skin is just somewhat deeply moisturized after using it. I apply it after showering, and again on my arms and hands at night. I just love to smell the lotion as I drift off to sleep.
It is hard to describe a scent. This is just a clean smell that I really like. If they made a perfume of this scent, I would buy it right away. I highly recommend Karl & Hans Botanic Coconut Body Lotion. It immediately became a favorite for me! I feel it is a high-end product without a high price.

I ordered the mint but unfortunately received the coconut scent (looks like a distribution error, not the brand’s fault), so this review will be for the coconut gourmand:
I applied this lotion after a shower and was pleasantly surprised by how fast it absorbed into my skin with no greasy or heavy feel, or white residue. Lotions, especially scented ones, can be pretty hit or miss for my oily skin and I’m happy to announce this is a resounding hit. The product is also very gentle and despite the fragrance, I experienced none of the burning upon application that I sometimes do. The scent goes on a bit strong, but once it absorbs into the skin it leaves a light but definite coconut scent. My skin feels smooth to the touch and well-protected against the oncoming winter dryness. It’s a fairly large bottle and I only had to use maybe 4-5 pumps of it for my whole body, so I plan on getting at least a month or even more’s use out of it.

I’m not huge on putting out reviews but, here is a short and to the point.
I have tried so many lotions trying to find what doesn’t dry up fast, feels good going on, smells good and not greasy. This is the one out of over 25 I have tried.
I’m not paid or a spinster given anything free. I’m just the average person trying to keep up on myself.

It’s divisive, one of us likes the smell and the other thinks it’s way too strong and is put off by it. It has a very strong eucalyptus mint smell that lasts for a long time after application. It also moisturizes well and is nice and thick. Your mileage may vary. It’s quite a big bottle, but even then it’s quite pricy. I can recommend it only if you aren’t sensitive to strong smells, but if you avoid a certain store at the mall because the fragrances of the soaps, candles, &c this isn’t for you.
