My husband and I took these for 2 months. He felt no difference in energy levels but did notice a distinct smell to his urine. Since this happens with excess vitamins, we assume his body didn’t need the additional supplement and he was expelling the excess. My body did not generate the smell, but had trouble with the odor of the capsules each morning when I took them. I would have continued if they made me more energetic but they didn’t. I do take a good multivitamin and several supplemental vitamins each day so perhaps I didn’t need this supplement either. Just not for us, I guess.

They taste like grass (not my favorite flavor) before swallowing, but they have not come back tasting of even worse things. Once they go, they are gone. I believe they do make some difference in how I feel. I still have aches and I am a bit lethargic, but not nearly to the degree I was prior to taking. I do not take the recommended dosage because that is designed for “normal” people and I am a small person. I try to take six a day, more than that for me has not been pleasant. All in all I am pleased.

My wife and I have been using this product for 10 months with no discernible benefits. Energy levels have not improved and digestion is worse than it was before starting to use the product. I have no problem swallowing the capsules but my wife finds them difficult to swallow as they are fairly large thus, you may or may not have an issue with them. They do have an alfalfa taste which I have gotten used to but my wife never has, nonetheless we have taken them religiously as directed. We are done with this product after we finish our last bottle. It provided no benefit other than depleting our monthly spendable income. I initially purchased due to the many positive reviews so it may work for you or it may just be the placebo effect for many users. My advice, increase your edible fruits and vegetables and don’t look for a quick fix from a pill, quick fixes rarely work.

By the end of this order I will have been on this product for a year. I am 77 years old. I go to the gym 3 days a week usually after 10 PM to avoid the crowd. I live on 3 acres, most of which is lawn and flower beds. I am on my tractor and zero turn mower, use my chain saw, and other power equipment. I am under and over all of my equipment changing worn belts and full maintenance on same. I’m a retired Police Sgt.
So I would have to say these little capsules work.
I don’ taste them. The capsules are of normal size compared to prescription meds.
A serving is 4. I no longer drink coffee, but I do drink a lot of tea. Hence I take these capsules one at a
time as I drink a cup of tea. No issue there.
I would say my mind has improved to the point I am able to complete my tasks.
I still have to hunt for my phone once in a while. I used to be able to think of several things at once.
It’s not like the old days with a 2 way radio, a music radio, a multi channel police scanner going in the
Cruiser, and processing it all. I did give up flying airplanes. These capsules aren’t going to get me back
to that mental level.
I think I do pretty well figuring out issues that come up with the computer. Me hating to be out smarted by a box of plastic and wires.
The price is right. I get 4 bottles per order.
