This is a nice creatine product if you are looking to incorporate creatine into your diet. It is unflavored, which is nice because you can also mix it into anything else such as a smoothie or even just a glass of water.
The one thing worth noting is the price point. Being $44, I find this a bit extreme for a creatine product. I do know that some are in the higher price range, but they are also many comparable options that are much more affordable. For that reason, I would probably not recommend this particular product as I would look around for something similar at a lower price point.

The taste was so strong and bitter that I couldn’t drink it. Even when mixed in juice it was bitter and made the whole drink bitter.

I use a low powered milk frother whisk to get it to mix in. Also mix it with a powered lemonade mix so it’s palatable. Not the best I’ve had but an ok value.

The product is much like other micronized products you have used in the past. The powder is fine and smooth throughout the container. The product mixes well in water; however, it isn’t the best mixing product I’ve used in the past. I typically like to mix 5g of creatine in 3 oz of water. With this product, I recommend 6 oz.
The product has little or no detectable taste. This is in contrast to other powders I have had in the past that tastes like soap. This product is easy to take with plain water and you’ll never notice it in a protein shake or a sports drink. I did notice a little more settling at the bottom than other products I’ve used.
What I particularly like about this product is the 2.5g serving size. I’ve already done my creatine loading, so 2.5g for maintenance is perfect. Personally, I think this maintenance sizing is great for long term use of creatine.
Overall with this product, you are getting a high quality creatine supplement. The price is only a little bit more expensive than the cheapest brands like SixStar. I recommend giving this product a try.

This seems like a very good quality creatine supplement. The consistency is nice, it doesn’t clump. I also like the idea of 2.5g scoop size. That makes it easy for those who prefer the smaller dosage. If you want the standard 5g dosage, 2 quick scoops will do the trick.
I always mix this into my smoothie, and it mixed very well. thus, I can’t speak to the standalone taste, but I can attest that it has no discernible effect on the taste of my smoothie. I noticed that someone complained about the price, but I find $20 for 120 days worth of 5g servings to be more than fair.

I haven’t taken creatine in over twenty years. I remember that I liked the benefits back then, but never went back to taking it again. I’ve never heard of Kappa Nutrition, but this creatine supplement looks pretty good. The powder is very white and mixes well in water or juice. To me there is no discernible taste or smell, which is a good thing. I was a little taken aback by the desiccant bag being right in with the powder. I don’t know if this is common, but I’ve never come upon this before. The scoop that comes with the powder may be the worst designed scoop that I’ve ever come across. The serving size of 2.5g, or about one teaspoon. I’ve noticed that with most other brands of creatine the serving size is 5g. So, the number of servings is inflated with this product. My main issue is the price. At $44.99 for 600 g, I think it is overpriced. However, at the time of my writing this review, they are offering a 40% coupon. The price with the coupon certainly makes this creatine a more viable option.
