These are some of the best enzymes I’ve tried. Had one before lunch and another before dinner yesterday. And still seem to be working today. I have post surgical motility issues so using enzymes helps. The capsules are pretty standard sized, smooth, easy to swallow with a couple of sips of water. I had no adverse reactions nor discomfort using this product.

I like how gentle and effective these natural digestive enzymes are on my stomach. I am able to eat spicy foods and even a lot of protein and not feel like I’ve swallowed an anvil when I’m done with my meal. These capsules don’t have a weird taste or smell and go down easy. I really like that these are plant based capsules. They contain a few quality enzymes that I prefer to take with my meals. They’re very small, easy to swallow capsules that help me avoid any stomach discomfort especially with hard to digest foods. Upon opening, the bottle is about half full, the top half is stuffed with a big wad of cotton. This always strikes me as a little odd but it doesn’t detract from the overall quality of the product.

Due to my sensitive stomach I have take at least one enzyme tablet a day, so am always open to trying new enzyme products. This product is a great help with regard to easy digestion and not getting upset stomachs the way I used to before I started taking enzymes. Also, I have not noticed any side effects while taking this product. This was also my first experience using Kala Health Products and so far this one seems to be good quality. Thanks Kala. 5 stars !!
