I’ve been using this product for almost 6 years now. I have noticed slow, but steady and significant improvement in my joints, especially my knees and back. I’ve noticed considerably less pain, and much increased mobility in both knees. My back feels as if I were 20 years younger. FOr me, I did not have dramatic effects at first: it took about 3 weeks before I could really notice a difference. So stick with it! All my friends who used it all stressed its long-term benefits; and I’ve several friends and colleagues (runners, bikers, and hiking enthusiasts) who use it regularly.
I honestly believe this has helped restore my joints, to the point where IU can now do activities that I love, such as hiking, bike rides and even the occasional short run (on sand or another soft surface). 5 years ago my knees hurt too much to hike a small hill. Now I’m doing hours long hikes in the high mountains.

I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and a host of old injuries .I see a PT on an ongoing basis. She discovered this supplement for herself and is now suggesting it to her clients. While it is not a “cure all” I can’t/won’t be with out it! I thought I would go off it during the warm summer months to “see” how I would do… what a mistake! It seems like it helps my all over stiffness and pain but it completely eliminates my hand pain and stiffness.I have tried others including” DONA,” with no results.The KALA HEALTH REALLY WORKS!

I thought I had another torn rotator cuff and was lamenting another surgery Finally built up the nerver to see a doctor. He sent me to a Sport Medicine Dr who reviewed the images and said you have arthritis. I told him I had been using MM Powder. H recomended I try MSM with chondroitin and glucosamine. He also recommended doing a series of ROM exercises. Amazing results on arthritis in shoulders. Within two weeks of starting I barely remembeed I had a problem.
