This delivers 150mg of Curcumin per dose, which is about average for the Turmeric / Curcumin supplement scene and that it. My preference is to have ginger and some sort of black pepper to help with adsorption. This is your average supplement, but could use something to give it an edge over others.

Nice sized tablet – not a horse pill… and what I find most unusual for this type of supplement is it has almost no scent or flavor. What I like most is the type (form) of Turmeric as your body can more easily utilize it. Maybe that is why the tablets can be smaller and still give the dose that the larger pills do.

I’d recommend you check into your body weight vs. what is being sold here. The Arthritis Foundation *advises* consuming 400–600 mg of turmeric capsules three times each day but doesn’t state whose size that’s based on, so do some digging and check those prices. I didn’t catch that when I ordered it, but c’est la vie.

I would say this is a decent supplement. High dosage. I can’t really tell if it’s beneficial for me or not as I do feel slightly better taking another of my brands of this type of supplement. So not sure if this one has as much bang for its buck but a good amount. Easy to take capsule. Earthy smell and will leave some orange residue

Wow, how often do you find a supplement that is made in the Netherlands?? I know I shouldn’t automatically trust the brand because of that but it definitely gives it some bonus points.
Anyway, I normally would search for a Curcumin supplement with black pepper since it helps with absorption. However, this claims to be a liposomal supplement which is more easily absorbed. I will trust that it is liposomal but they do give a tip to dissolve a tablet in a glass of water to show if it’s truly liposomal. I’ve never heard of that before so I like that they mention that!
Also, this supplement was easy to swallow and had no after taste. So far it seems to be working but of course that’s always hard to tell. I’ll update my review if I notice any major changes in my health.

This is a great curcumin supplement. It’s more potent than your typical curcumin extract, thanks to the special formulation. It’s a product of Germany, and the quality seems very good.
I take 1-2 capsules per day to support overall health and also to help reduce inflammation. So far, it’s working well for me, but it does not seem quite as effective as some other curcumin formulations I have tried, but it works well for me and does feel like it has higher bioavailability than your typical, basic curcumin extract.
Overall – high quality liposomal curcumin supplement.

I generally don’t get much benefit from curcumin or turmeric, and I’ve tried a lot of brands. So I tried this liposomal product. Perhaps I wasn’t absorbing the others?
I tested this product for 3 1/2 weeks. I had my worst fibromyalgia flare in years while taking it, which included a big boost in muscle tension, pain and my back pulled out of alignment. I don’t think this product caused the flare, but it didn’t help much. One day I took five of these (750 mg) and maybe that helped a little?
The 150 mg dose seems low, but theoretically if liposomal improves absorption, it could compare to a higher dose of non-liposomal.
I usually take Toniiq Tart Cherry for as-needed pain:

Maybe curcumin just doesn’t work for me. It may work for you.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last two months. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle. The seal on the opening of the bottle was stuck in the lid and not attached to the bottle opening at all.
The expiration date on mine is Feb 2027, so about 2.5 years from now.
The capsules have an herbal scent and taste, but I’m not sure if that’s from the capsules or the residue coating everything inside the bottle. They are easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those, and appears to have been produced in the Netherlands. The product page says GMO free, and GMP + ISO 22000.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The kalahealth site (it is dot eu, not com) is functional and informative. There is a video by the founder that explains they have all their products 3rd-party tested, and he visits the largest lab in the Netherlands. KALA Health has offices in the Netherlands and USA, and have been making supplements since 1997. The site has phone numbers, but they are in the Netherlands. They do have a Contact page form.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but as impressive and top quality as they appear on their site, I have my hesitations about this one. I’m not sure if the residue inside the bottle is a manufacturing thing, or if some powder shook out of some capsules during shipping and handling. The way it lists ingredients, maltodextrin is first, and curcumin is third! Maltodextrin is sugar, and usually GMO, if I am not mistaken. I’ll never understand why some supplement manufacturers think maltodextrin has any business being in a capsule. And 150mg of curcumin seems like a small dose, especially when that’s all that is supposed to be in here. I have another supplement with nine main ingredients; curcumin is #8 and it is 100mg.
The price isn’t too bad since it’s two months’ worth, but I’ve seen brands for less that don’t have the questions associated with them that I have for this one.
Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
