The tablets have a good Lime flavor. The tablet was easy to take.
I like the support that was stated, will see how the Mineral Supplement does after taking it.

First these trace minerals taste good, they have a nice lime flavor and dissolve quickly. We’ve known about the KAL brand for a while and have used another of their products for a long time, so we consider them to be a good brand.
I like the idea of getting trace minerals, these are the minerals you body needs and uses in small amounts that are often not found in other supplements. The one complaint I have about this product is that it doesn’t tell you what trace minerals are in the product. A few examples are mentioned on the product page, but the actual contents and amounts are not mentioned.
Due to the nature of trace minerals being found in trace amounts and their sources being natural environments with lots of different things in them, it may not be possible to identify all of the ingredients, but testing should be able to identify the things that are more commonly found. It also does not identify the source. I suspect the source may be the Great Salt Lake in Utah since the company is located in Utah. That lake has been collecting minerals for millennia and should be an excellent source for trace minerals.

So be sure to read the label here I actually swallowed a few before doing so and then realized these are supposed to dissolve like a lozenge type. It dissolves in about 10 – 15 seconds. Flavor is lemony at least the one I got is. Recommended way to get those trace minerals that you can barely get nutritionally anymore due to mass commercial farming draining it from the soil! in health : )

No one can take trace minerals and give a report right after or even after a small period of time Like so many other supplements, pills, etc, it can take months for any effects to be seen with some things and trace minerals do not change your life in a flash!
I will, however, state that the instant I opened it up, I was smitten with the scent of limes and it smelled like lime sherbet! It rather tasted so, as well. Do they melt quickly? Yes, in my experience in two days, they sure did. I believe these to be good quality and should live up to their claims. And they are yummy! I see no reason not to try them out!

This KAL Trace Minerals, 10 mg Mineral Supplements is an excellent supplement added to my needed daily intakes for my self care. It is potent, easily absorbed, and effective. In my experience, it is good for my gut and optimum performance daily.
This product contains vital information about the ingredients. The container of the supplement is in good quality and it is tight and properly sealed. For me, the supplement capsules are clear and easy to swallow. There’s little to no undesirable smell in it. The color of the content looks great and is processed well. The value for money is fair. As for me, I’m giving KAL Trace Minerals, 10 mg Mineral Supplements, a 5 star rating.
However, my recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. In most cases, there is already much research and studies made on the ingredients here. It’s up to the consumer to do their homework in order to feel comfortable in taking the supplement. Moreover, prolonged use may cause compromise of immunity or increase toxicity level in the body. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement or not. For decades, I’m fully interested in researching, understanding, and using natural food supplements, especially those with great quality and potency. However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. On immediacy, the supplement may have a reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users.

Great way to get extra electrolytes when I needed it, without the calories, and the lime flavor is very tasty like key lime pie. The tablets are about the size of a standard aspirin and they dissolve very easily. Mine arrived safety sealed and with an expiration date of 12/24.

I tend to drink too much water and sweat a lot so I get electrolyte imbalance. These help with that a lot. The taste is great. It would be nice to know what minerals are in this supplement but may be varying as it is from natural sources.

This product doesn’t taste too good and it takes quite some time to dissolve under your tongue. I ended up chewing it to expedite the process.
