These are the better enzymes that I try in my life. They are piquant, but on having swallowed them rapidly there is no problem. The effect that they produce and the rapid digestion is not obtained in any other product of this type. I use them when eat much, for example in a holiday or party, but it seems to me that it is not like to eat every day badly and after take them, it is like to want to feel bad and later take the remedy.

I have tried several brands. Someone suggested this one because of how quickly it dissolves and the pepsin content. Best I’ve ever used. Advice: Take pill before your first bite. If halfway through your meal you realize you forgot-don’t take it. You will feel the adic burn in the tummy.

At first I thought these were good, but papaya ones taste much better, (good actually) and seem to work the same. Weird things is the stinging and bad taste these have. Doesn’t matter which side or how fast I try to swallow the large pill, it leaves a nasty taste Nd stoning where it touched my tongue. Won’t be reordering these.

Para los problemas gástricos, digestión pesada, gases, acidez, lo he comprado porque sufria mucho de problemas digestivos y me va genial,me tomo un comprimido al día antes de la comida principal, es el segundo bote que compro.
Hay que tratarlas enseguida con agua no tenerlas mucho tiempo en la boca porque pica mucho debido al ácido cloridrico

To date these are my favorite enzymes I have used. If you have gut issues, I would recommend taking an enzyme with every meal to ensure proper digestion and to save you from a worse headache later such as leaky gut, autoimmunity, etc… Gut issues include acid reflux. Having a burning sensation in your chest CAN be due to not producing enough hydrochloric acid (which can be related to an h pylori infection among other things), in which case taking enzymes would help supplement your own production, ensuring your food and any bacteria etc that enters your stomach also gets handled. Of course, as always consult your healthcare practitioner to ensure there are no worse issues with your physiology. Also to take note, it is detrimental to take PPI’s (proton pump inhibitors) for a long amount of time as they have been shown to have a correlation with dementia. Happy health!

I have been taking Kal Super Enzymes since developing digestive issues, including frequent diarrhea, after undergoing chemotherapy a few years ago. This product does a great job of eliminating digestive problems when taken on a regular basis. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs something to help digestive system problems.

These seem to be the only digestive enzymes I’ve tried that has a “punch.” They are highly effective in aiding the digestion process. Their breakdown of proteins, starches and other nutrients is felt within one half hour. Sometimes less. They are also by-layered, and have extended release properties, providing additional intestinal support. It seems like much research has gone into this product by the Kal people, and is certainly a product worth purchasing if one has digestion problems, or just want a better all-around digestion in everyday eating.
