The flavor is very strong. Not necessarily bad, just strong. I used the recommended (for an 8 oz drink) heaping tablespoon in my 40 oz water bottle and it was almost too strong for me. I’ve found that using a smaller amount in my big water bottle is just right for me.

The fruit punch taste falls a little flatter than I would like, but the fact the mix doesn’t have have sugar is a big plus. If you’re drinking this, you really want the magnesium. Most other electrolyte have more sodium and potassium. The powder didn’t max as easily as I hoped it would.

I’m not picky about sugars when I’m working out or cycling because they’re going to get burned-up anyway, but still. What I really liked was the magnesium. As a cyclist, I usually add powdered magnesium to my electrolyte bottle, but this already has that. Bam!

There are products with higher electrolyte level out there, but that isn’t always better or worse. The most important thing is that this product comes well labeled, and if the provided labeling meets your needs; I think you can buy this confident in its ability to deliver.
The flavor of this drink is going to be love-it or hate-it. If you like Smarties (those chalky little rolls of sweet and sour candy), you’re going to love this. It’s quite tart, and very bold. The first sip I had, I thought I would hate this. It grew on my pretty quickly though.
One thing I really dislike about this product is that they didn’t include a scoop of some sort. Not a deal breaker for many, but a big annoyance for me. I don’t often keep these electrolyte drinks near the kitchen. Having to keep a spoon on hand is bothersome, and the inclusion of a scoop would make this infinitely more convenient.

I drink electrolytes daily, so I was excited to try this one. I’ve tried many electrolytes that just didn’t taste good. Even when watering them down, the bad flavor lingers. This on the other hand, tastes great! I for sure recommend this electrolyte powder to anyone looking for a great tasting fruit punch electrolyte drink! This costs much less than my usual electrolyte drink, but tastes just as good! The only downfall; it comes in a tub, vs packets.

Most of the time when I take supplements, I don’t notice any difference. It doesn’t mean it’s not working, but most of the time it’s just a subtle effect that you wouldn’t know without a blood test. This magnesium on the other hand has an immediate, noticeable, and extremely helpful, almost lifesaving effect for me, for my body.
I have to try to be very vague here or because amazon does not like me to talk about health benefits.
When I eat sugar, I start feeling queasy and sensitive to lights and sounds and pain in my head. It can last for hours or days and really sucks.
I’ve discovered that magnesium suits me very well when I feel bad. I’ve also discovered that electrolytes are helpful as well. Therefore, this supplement is very good for me. And it works great.
