Let me start by saying that I LOVE the KAL chewable apple cider vinegar tablets. I have purchased them in health food stores, and they have been wonderful (regardless of what your take is on apple cider vinegar, they are good quality and a nice alternative to choking down the liquid kind). That being said, these are not great quality – I received the package and the seal was barely on – to the point where I wasn’t sure if it was already broken. I gave it a shot by taking one (to see if the seal has been broken long, which, may not have been very smart on my part) – but they were EXTREMELY hard/stale. The outside plastic protection was in tact, so I was confident that it wasn’t tampered with or anything, but the internal seal was just clearly not adequately sealed. Thus, 5 stars for the actual product, and 1 star for THIS product (as sold on amazon) to get 3 stars.

I have been using these tablets for several years now. I have an issue with my stomach wherein I do not produce enough acid and therefore digestion is difficult. Natural remedies are to drink lemon juice or straight apple cider vinegar. This does not always taste good, plus it is difficult to take liquids when you go anywhere. Therefore, I started using these tablets and have found them very helpful. The taste is pretty good too. Just keep in mind that they are very acidic.

Been using these for years, and they taste great! I chew a couple of these Apple Cider Vinegar tabs, and within minutes my acid indigestion’s gone. They were recommended by a Naturopath, who said when one gets acid indigestion, the stomach’s actually very low on acid. So mistakenly taking antacids removes even more stomach acid, which creates a greater problem. Using Apple Cider Vinegar tabs was the best advice I’ve ever received. Thank you.

After deciding I wanted to start taking ACV, I set about trying to find the best FORM to take it in. Some manufacturers do gel capsules or tablets, so I was excited/interested when I saw this was a chewable.
Knowing how tart vinegar actually is, I ordered a bottle of this and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised.
The chewable tablet/wafer is not too big, and the overall taste is far more pleasant than I anticipated. It is similar in taste to a Sweet Tart, with equal emphasis on both, sweet and tart. The apple flavor is very pleasant.
It’s tasty and easy to chew (I suck on it a little while before I chew and finish it off). If you’re deciding to incorporate ACV into your diet, I highly recommend this particular formulation.
