    This Bromelain is a really good product, I was having hip problems having pain everyday after taking this for about a week my pain was down on a scale 1 from 10 to about a 4 After 2 weeks there’s barely any pain at all I will continue to buy this product.

    They came fast and well wrapped. I love these ,as they are just made of pineapple stems with no side effects. They totally ease any joint
    pain I have from bursitis and are very easy on my stomach. Definitely getting them again.

    This brand works well for allerge relief. Don’t follow my lead but I take mega doses when allergies start bothering me. On bad days I may take 6-8 at a time, up to 3 times a day. I won’t say it abolished “pain” but it does stop symptoms for me.
