Some of the best potassium I’ve ever had. Help with cramps but make sure not to take more than 1/day for longer than 6 months max. Can cause nerve sensitivity/damage/pain.

These tablets helped keep me afloat when i had some hard times i went through with my potassium flushing out of my system and made me sick i had to go to the hospital. Being discharged the doctors recommended i try these to keep my potassium afloat and going until my body became more stable and was able to work on it’s own.
