I love this. It’s a good price and you get a lot more capsules than other brands. No bloating or puffy look with your muscles like how you look with monohydrate. I find monohydrate makes you retain a lot of water in your muscles but this doesn’t do that but gives you the same strength/energy boost. You keep a leaner look with this.

Love this creatine, doesn’t have alot of other fillers, taste is pretty tangy, but it mixes well.
Item never came to my house –
I tried this a few months ago it works as well as any other HCI creatine. I like the subscribe and save option on this so I never run out.

One tiny scoop (about 1/4 tsp) was enough to make my entire protein shake taste like sour milk. Not “unflavored” by any means. HORRIBlE taste and no option to return.
Searching for a Pump –
The good: works well. I’ve noticed increased strength and muscle mass (yes some of its water) since I started taking this stuff about 2 months ago. The flavors are alright, nothing special.
The bad: I have GERD and since I started taking this stuff I’ve had really bad acid reflux, especially at night time. It’s almost a nightly thing at this point and as such this will be my last jug of this powder. It is unfortunate because I was enjoying the results.
This issue persists with every flavor, including the flavorless option. The HCl just makes this stuff far too acidic to be tolerable for those who suffer from acid reflux
