I was pretty scared to use these as I have very sensitive skin. So, yes, it does dig into your skin, and tug with removal, as they’re SPIKES. Still, it didn’t hurt as bad as I expected, so there’s that. It caused no real adverse reaction besides some irritation from the spikes. I’ve see no difference after use. You’re supposed to use them for a while though, and I don’t think I’d be repurchasing these enough to see results, especially as it only comes w/ 9 patches.

I ordered these patches hoping they would diminish the dark spots under my eyes. However, there are only nine patches in the package. The patches feel slightly prickly, but not too bad. They adhere well to the skin and don’t cause any irritation. I understand they contain good ingredients, but they’re too pricey, and how can I see a noticeable difference with only nine uses? I will probably not order them again.

These are the largest micro tip patches that I’ve used and appreciate how large they are to cover more areas! They have a tiny prick upon applying to the skin, but it does not hurt. I like how it is able to better penetrate into my skin to help with delivering the glutathione to the spot and have noticed a very slight reduction in some of my blemishes from acne. They are well packaged in a resealable bag and then further inside a plastic container that helps to protect the needle tips. The patches were easy to put on/take off from the plastic sheet and remove from my skin without pulling/bleeding/irritation.

The micro darts do not hurt; they feel more like pressing the teeth of a comb against your skin. Additionally, the patches adhere really well. I wore one for almost 24 hours, and it stayed in place even through cleansing and applying skincare.
These patches are larger than the average pimple patch, and I found that cutting some in half works just as effectively for smaller spots. However, I wish there were more than 9 in a pack, as it usually takes a long time to see improvements in dark spots. The product photos show results after about a month, so providing enough patches in a pack to see a noticeable change would be beneficial. I don’t know if 9 patches will show enough improvement to motivate people to repurchase.

This glutathione spot patch is a nice addition to my skincare kit, and as expected with Korean skincare, it’s fairly effective. It does a good job reducing redness and calming down blemishes, making them less noticeable by morning. However, it’s not exactly a miracle solution – it’s great for taming a spot but won’t completely make it disappear overnight.
The patches are comfortable to wear, adhere well, and don’t irritate my skin. They provide a protective barrier that prevents me from picking at any problem spots, which is a bonus for healing. Still, for the price, I was hoping for slightly more dramatic results. They work well enough but don’t deliver the “wow” factor that would make them a must-have.
Overall, these are great to have on hand if you want a reliable patch that helps take the edge off blemishes and does some work on the pigmentation. If you’re okay with spending a little more for subtle but steady results, they’re worth adding to your routine. Four stars – effective but not a magic fix.

効果がいかほどかはまだわかりませんが、少なくとも、サイズが小さいこととハイドロコロイドテープの品質がいいのでとてもつけやすい。
他商品だと固くてちょっとパリパリしていて密着させにくいものが結構あったりして、なんなら100均のハイドロコロイドテープよりパリパリしてるものもあるなか、それらと比較するとこの点はとてもいいと思いました。
ニチバンのハイドロコロイドテープと同じくらいの厚みと柔らかさです。
さて、肝心の効き目ですが即効性がないのでよくわからないのが本音。
現実は揺らぎもあるのでわからなさに拍車がかかりすしね…。
有効成分がはいっているので、じっくり使えば効いてくるのでしょうけども、コスパがあまり良くないかなとおもいます。
せめて、1箇所気になるところに集中してつかう形にしないと効果を感じないままおわるのが目に見えてる。

シワ用のニードルパッチは物理的にいれこめるので効果を実感しやすかったのですが、その感覚でシミも同感覚を求めると残念感付き纏いますね。
もう少しニードルパッチっぽい即効性があれば…と思わずにはいられない

These patches are pretty big, about the size of a button battery, or USD penny. The darts are good, definitely can feel them penetrating when pressed. There are 9 dots in there. I don’t know how many it will take to rid of my dark spots, but I will keep using it.
What’s new? –
First of all, I really like that the first ingredient of BE+WANTS Deep Toning Glutathione Spot Patch is sodium hyaluronate and niacinamide is the third item. After identifying an age spot and using all 9 darts (the microtips are prickly and stick well even after sleeping overnight), I couldn’t see any lightening effects. I used the darts daily or every other day. However, in order to see 22.7% improvement of melasma and dark spots, BE+WANTS notes that the results only occur with their Deep Toning Glutathione Ampoule Serum. I am in my late 40s, so age is starting to catch up with me; it would be nice if BE+WANTS could offer this with more darts (perhaps a 30-day supply), so that a consumer actually has enough time to see some change.

シミ用のマイクロニードルパッチは初めて知りました。
成分を確認すると主成分はヒアルロン酸になっていますが、商品ページの説明によるとこのパッチの美白成分はビタミンCとナイアシンアミドなんですね。
一番気になるシミが目尻にあるので（一番濃くて一番目立つ位置にあるので）この小さな丸型は貼り付けるのにちょうど良いです。
集中ケア用とのことなので、他にもシミはなくはないのですがその目尻のシミにだけに9枚分のパッチを使うつもりです。
このサイズで一枚300円弱というのはなかなか効果ですが、その分期待して9日間続けてみようと思います。

I wanted to love this product, but there just aren’t enough applications in the package to see any results. Dark spots are not easy to treat, and they typically take significant time to be improved from an OTC product. Most take 30-60 days before you start seeing anything. With this packet of only 9 patches, that won’t even get you a third of the way there, and that’s if you only have one dark spot, which I have at least 4 I want to treat. While I did use these nightly on ONE spot, I wasn’t able to see any improvement in that time and at the current price, I’m hesitant to buy more. The online listing also states any results reported were from using the patches WITH their separate ampoule, which makes me wonder if the patches alone would do anything at all…
