Very satisfied with this pillow..I bought it for my youngest son, was worried about him accidentally hitting his head on headboard, it’s was a perfect solution, to my dilemma. Also helps supports the pillows so they don’t slide off and fall behind bed. It has a zipper so it can be machine washed. Very soft material has pockets on each end for a phone or tv remote. You can have the pillow lay in two different positions as I showed in picture . It fits the bed perfectly. Perfect amount of firmness.

Bought this cause I was having a c section. This pillow was amazing for GERD during the end of my pregnancy and was amazing for after! Great to use for nursing in the middle of the night for back support as well. Can’t rave enough about this pillow! Great product and design!

I bought this to help keep my legs and feet elevated at night. The pillow slides around on my bed, making it difficult to position myself, or even just to get into bed. If there were another fabric that caused friction on the bottom, that would be helpful. If they make this change, I’d be interested in the product.
Also, I would prefer if the pillow were wider.

I have slept on a wedge pillow for years due to GERD and bought the 12 inch this time (from 7’). My other pillow was getting old and worn out so it was time for something new. I researched many pillows and selected this particular option and brand. I am loving it!! So comfy and I love the larger size.
I ordered it before reading all the reviews. I only looked at the positives, then started to read the negatives while I was waiting for it to deliver and started to get concerned. I decided to evaluate it when it arrived before deciding if I should return it. The box came partially damaged, but the shrink-wrapped pillow looked new and unharmed during shipping. There were NO ODORS while opening the wrap like some people reported. I allowed it to inflate as instructed. It says to allow it to sit for 24-48 hours. It was fully inflated at 24 hours, so I used it the first night. It is firm, but also cushy. It is very durable and looks and feels well made. I have never spent $95 on a pillow before, but am glad I did. I am feeling confident this pillow will last but will update this review if I have problems with normal use or if something changes.
Some people reported they didn’t like needing a second pillow for their head and neck. I have always had to sleep with an extra pillow for neck support while using a wedge. This is expected due to the space void the wedge naturally creates. I personally use a neck tube pillow and have never had any problems. I also use a towel to cover the pillow and sleep on top of that so that I do not need to remove the pillowcase. I learned with my last wedge that they are a pain to take on and off, and the fabric easily snags in the washing machine. Using a towel makes protection and cleaning much easier and does not compromise comfort. The attached photos are of the bottom side. I forgot to flip it over while taking photos. The top of the pillow is a while color (pillow cover). I hope this review helps others considering this product.

The leg elevation pillow is amazing. For comparison, I’d been using a standard bed wedge that was on the less firm side, and had slippery fabric. THIS leg elevation pillow, however, is very firm and much more elevated altogether. The level portion provides an anti-gravity effect, which is amazing. That’s my guess as to why I fall asleep so much faster now. If you have circulation issues for any reason, are losing sleep due to restless leg syndrome, have a physically strenuous job…I mean, there is no reason NOT to use this thing, in my opinion.
Side notes:
*I also use the MedCline sleep system for GERD but I sleep on my back (works better for me overall than the left side). Been using that for over 4 years. In combination with this leg elevation pillow, I’m in absolute heaven.
*For sitting up, I use a Vekkia reading pillow with this leg elevation pillow. Also a dynamite combo.

This pillow is very comfortable and seems to be well made. It was purchased to help with elevation in bed after rotator cuff repair surgery. It is working very well by adding another pillow on top and eliminating the need for additional pillows.
