So I am 3 days into this, I take one cleanse pill before bed. I wake up 7-9 hrs later with some mild discomfort. I will be in and out of the bathroom a few times over an hour, then business as normal the rest of the day. The reason for the 4 stars, is that so far with the fluid pill, I have not had an increase in bladder activity. I’m not sure if that is because I don’t have a lot of water retention or what. Overall it is going well and hopefully I will see some weight loss.

If you are looking for something to jumpstart weight loss and make you regular and clean yourself out, then these are it! I have bought many times & I lost 15 pounds with taking two of each at bedtime with lots of water & a mostly heathy diet & working out a half hour 3-4 days a week. And I do splurge on a cheeseburger or whatever I want to eat at least once or twice a week so these pills really help clean you out and take excess water weight off if you’re looking to go on vacation or looking for special event, these are perfect to get a jumpstart and make you look great with an a short period time with the fact of eating healthy and working out also & drinking water but these add a lot of help. I read the reviews before buying but only looked at top reviews. Sounded good so I got them. When I first took the water pills (I had taken two the first day with each meal), I had a question so went back to look at the reviews again but switched to most recent and omg! Everyone posting how sick they got made me so scared! I tried to return them but couldn’t since they were open pills so I didn’t even try the bedtime one – just had taken the two water pills. The next morning, I was doubled over with horrible cramping and sweats. I don’t even think it fully cleaned me out so didn’t even seem worth the pain but I am SO glad I didn’t take the other one like I was supposed to! Can’t imagine how that would have felt on top of it. 🙁 bummer, I had to trash them.

These two pills work some miracle, the water pill does the job instantly and the 15 day detox should had said two days detox. The water pill work super fast. And the detox pill should only be taken on your day or weekend off you will be getting rid of everything your mom gave you as a child, LOL BUT it does work real good, I felt so much better my legs are not hurting anymore and when I leave work I can see the difference I don’t see my legs swollen anymore. Because I was retaining a lot of water just make sure you drink plenty of water because you will be thirsty. And the detox pill I took it on the wrong dates so I had to miss work due to the amount of bathroom visits but the next day I felt lighter much better and I felt less blowed from being back up. I felt like everything came out in one day. That’s why I say no reason to take it for 15 days. Will I buy it again YES I got two more orders coming because they are on sale for 21.99 come pare to 39.99

Update to the update: so I took a one day break in between take it them every day 2x when I felt like I hadn’t eaten too much worth expelling the next day and didn’t want to be cramped over. I’m glad I’ve stuck wi to it. I still take both bottles daily with the exception of the above. I can see my abs agaaaiinn after months of feeling like I’d never get back. I feel amazing. I have so much energy. My face and stomach looks so great. My ankles aren’t swollen looking anymore! I will definitely do this again after 6-8 weeks.
Update: I’m experiencing being doubled over in pain like a lot of people were saying. It’s hard for me type it hurts so bad. I think this is Day 5 or 6. I would recommend skipping a day when you feel like you’ve given the toilet all you have to give lol. I pooped twice and it’s 8am on the dot. WHAT MORE DO YOY WANT FROM MEEE??!
Original post: I have never in my life seen a tapeworm come out of myself until today. I’m on day 3 and my bloating has decreased. I’m taking 2 of each pill at separate times of the day. I’m drinking almost a full gallon of water every day. It has me going to the bathroom at least 4-5 times a day. I cut out bread, pasta, cut back on sugar.. I don’t have a scale at the moment, but I feel lighter. My face is looking better. It does cramp your stomach a little, but that’s what laxatives do. Gotta make it move around.. it’s nowhere near unbearable

The cleanse pills will clean you out!! I only took one at night and couldn’t imagine taking two. Going to the bathroom constantly with loads of cramping and gas. I cannot imagine going the full fifteen days. If you are feeling backed up or constipated then I would take one. Otherwise beware! Did I lose weight yes two pounds after two days. Took for 4 days straight one day off and weight jumped back. Temporary fix is all. Not sure if the water pills even do anything
