Unfortunately, the use of ACV and its efficacy as a supplement remains something of a contentious issue. I’ve found ACV helpful for digestive issues that occasionally plague me, especially for problems like indigestion and bloating, so I ordered this ACV supplement to help in alleviating occasional stomach and digestive distress.
The first issue that I encountered with these apple, pomegranate and beet root flavored gummies was the strong vinegar aroma upon opening the container. The aroma is stronger than I’ve previously encountered, and it made me somewhat concerned about the quality of these gummies. These gummies feature a strong vinegar taste that nearly overwhelms the other flavors. I found it bearable but you may not.
The other puzzling issue is the price of these gummies. It strikes me as unusually expensive for a one month supply. I’ve carefully perused the list of ingredients and I find it difficult to justify the price of these gummies. Perhaps I’m missing something and you may have no issue with it.
These gummies are fairly soft and easy to chew and swallow. Despite the relatively strong vinegar aroma and taste, I encountered no digestive issues after swallowing them. As to their efficacy, they helped to reduce some of the stomach discomfort that I’ve been experiencing lately, but I think I could have had the same results with ACV gummies that offered a far better overall value.

Although the gummies are great quality, and the reduced price was right, they did not solve my problem, in addition I did not like the apple cyder vinegar taste even though I took the whole bottle worth as recommended. I have specific issues and am trying to find things that will help my specific case. This product might help others as it had many great reviews! I suggest if you have issues this product may help you so try it (I tried one bottle worth)

The first thing that hits your nose when you open a bottle of these Justified Laboratories’ Vital Grow XL gummies is the vinegar smell. The odor when you know that these are apple cider vinegar – ACV gummies. The odor might seem a little overwhelming, but know that the gummies themselves are rather mild with the vinegar flavor. You definitely get a bit of vinegar in each gummy, but it’s balanced by the apple flavor. The package contains a 180 day supply (three (3) 60 gummy bottles) if one gummy per day. 90 day supply if two gummies per day.
I’m unsure why these are labeled as Vital Grow XL Gummies Extreme instead of ACV gummies. The ingredients include Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Pomegranate Juice Powder, Beet Juice Powder as well as Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Dextrose, less than 2% pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Sucrose Fatty Acid Ester, Natural Flavor (Apple), Palm Oil, Carnauba Wax, Colors Added (Purple Carrot Juice Concentrate β-Carotene. In addition, the gummies contain Folate 800 mcg, Vitamin B (Cyanocobalamin) 4 mcg and Sodium (25 mg),
The ingredient list makes it look like the gummies contains a lot of sugar, but each 2 gummies has 7 total carbs with 5g of sugar. Half of these numbers for each one gummy.
Overall, I like these gummies a lot, even though they seem to contain a bit more sugar than one would like. The package recommends 2 gummies, but I prefer to consume one per day. 5 stars because the ingredients are solid.
