5-HTP Supplement. Fortified with SAM-e and vitamin B6. The label on the bottle claims this product to be Non-GMO, 100% Natural, Vegetarian friendly and Made in the USA. The bottle contains 120 capsules and recommends you take one per day giving you a four month supply. Claims to support Brain Health, Mood as well as sleep. For the price this product seems to be a good value for the cost.

I take small doses of lithium to help with mood, and I wanted to try 5-HTP to see if it would help my mood by supposedly raising serotonin levels. I do feel in better moods, and it took a couple weeks to really see effects. These pills include SAM-e as well, which can help with depression, though I think the science is weaker on that. Time will tell how long the effects last, or if they’re lasting in general, but so far I’m very happy.
I appreciate that these are vegetarian, and it’s nice to get a 4 month supply in one order.
