I like that the electrolytes are keto, no sugar and flavorful. There is a touch of Himalyan Pink Salt and sometimes, I feel like it has a bit of a salty bite to it, but it isn’t bad.
The ingredients are fairly simple in that there isn’t a ton of extra fillers, sweetners that most people don’t want (fake and artificial), and they use Stevia Leaf extract. So, if you have issues with the after flavor from stevia or don’t enjoy that, beware it is in there.
I find that the mix is really tasty and doesn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. It mixed up easily into my mug of water and made it much easier to drink the amount of water that I am trying to drink. The flavor that I picked is wild berry. I love mixed berry flavors a lot and this doesn’t disappoint.
I find that it helps keep me from having cramping in my legs overnight, as it contains a decent amount of your daily supply of magnesium (24% of the daily recommended intake). Some enjoy having Zinc for reducing colds, etc, this has a decent amount of zinc include.
My only thoughts or comments for improvements would be a couple of items:
The plastic spoon in the package is great, in that you can find it easily up opening the container.
Downside, once you take it out to measure your mix into your water, is was very hard to put back into the container. It could also use a little “pour notch” to make it easier to fit into the mouth of a bottle a bit easier, as that can be a bit messy trying to pour this into the bottle top.
Overall the wild berry flavor is decent. Stevia leaf extract makes me excited as it is not a fake sweetener and it is a zero sugar, great for keto electrolyte option. The Pink Himalayan salt is a very nice touch to help as well. If you are looking for a decent flavor enhancement to make drinking water easier, this is a decent electrolyte and I am looking forward trying other flavors and adding it to my drink enhancements.

Reasonable price for 90 servings. Comes in a tall, narrow container that is easy to open – I like that feature. Has a super long scoop to reach to the bottom for every last scoop – but I don’t like shoving the scoop handle back into the powder after I’ve handled it, just seems gross to me, so it has to rest on the canister, which is fine, but I prefer to be able stick the scoop into the powder for storage (handle up).
Nice lite flavor, not overpowering, just enough to make water more fun to drink. Provides some vitamin supplementation and some electrolytes in there too. But I’m really not liking the lack of this fully dissolving in water – what in the ingredients is not water soluble? I don’t know but seems like my body can’t use it if it can’t dissolve it.
The first bottle I mixed took my body some time to get used to and the liquid just sat in my stomach for a while, which didn’t bode well for this product – a hydration supplement should be quickly absorbed. Water sits in my stomach as well, and takes it sweet time to absorb too, hence the need for additives that help my body absorb water better. Straight lemon juice has worked the best making water absorb quickly, especially when I’m hot and sweating. I add a pinch of sea salt for that added electrolyte boost and that combo really has been my go-to for years. I just wanted something with extra nutrition and hydration power – but I’m having a hard time finding products that don’t have fillers/flow agents (silicon dioxide etc…) and that work as well as simple lemon juice and sea salt. Hummm…. next I’ll check out greens powder mixes and see where that leads me.

Compared to other hydration powders, this is a great value. I use this to add flavor to my daily fiber drink and like the fact that I can add flavor without adding calories. The sweetner is Stevia based so I fell better about what I am putting into my body.

I have found the significant benefits of electrolytes and I’ve been trying different brands, but most are very expensive. i found Junp and felt that it was worth a try based on the price.
