I take statins (age/ethnicity/luck!) and have been taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin to supplement and ease the joint pains that taking statins cause. The noted supplemental facts are consistent with other supplements we have purchased but this brand additionally adds in Vitamin D and that’s a plus. This (Australian!) brand, Me Today, states a serving size is just 1 tablet, in a 60-count bottle so that should last you for a couple of months. These supplement pills seem to be devoid of flavor, odor, and any aftertaste. They are larger but I still find easy to swallow…. The packaging, marketing, and usage is all standard and pleasing to me overall. I trust and believe in this product so far, plan to continue to use, and feel more than satisfied with this product overall. We hope to remain satisfied and after lengthy use if it does not continue to warrant the rating that I am giving the product I will update the review with newer information and related pictures as necessary. We are happy with this product!

These capsules are on the larger side, but they were not difficult to take. There’s no noticeable flavor or odor, and that is frankly everything I want in a supplement. One bottle is one month’s worth.
Like all capsules, take with plenty of water and you’re good to go.

No dramatic effect but my knees lessen the clicking. It is still hard for me to sit down and get up without hands assistance. This istype of supplement I think I should take at least 3 months to see benefits.

This is not something that did much for me right away, but I didn’t really expect it to. But after a few weeks, my joints do feel less creaky and achy.
There is no uncomfortable smell or flavor, which is nice.
It’s hard to tell, but taking it with lots of water seems to make it work better.
