I’ve been using Jocko Molk Whey Protein Powder for several months now, and have tried a few others clean powders over that timeframe. Molk is easily the best I’ve tried.
Pros:
1. Taste: The flavor is outstanding! I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter, and it tastes like a dessert rather than a protein shake. It mixes well with water, milk, or almond milk, in a simple shaker bottle.
2. Clean Ingredients: I love that it has no artificial sweeteners or fillers. The blend of whey protein isolate and casein, and natural monk fruit sweetener (0 on the glycemic index), make it a clean choice for post-workout recovery or to help meet your protein intake needs.
3. Digestibility: This is one of the biggest factors for me. No bloating or stomach issues, which is often a problem with other protein powders I’ve tried. The probiotics included in the formula seem to help a lot.
4. Versatility: It’s not just for shakes. I’ve used it in smoothies and it works great every time.
5. Sustained Energy: The casein adds a slow-digesting protein, which keeps me full and energized for hours.
Cons:
1. Price: It’s a bit pricier than other protein powders, but the quality and taste justify the cost for me.
2. Scoop Size: The scoop is a bit large, so it might take a little experimenting to adjust to your taste preference. I offset this by adding more or less milk or water.
Verdict:
Jocko Molk is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a clean, great-tasting protein powder with high-quality ingredients. It’s perfect for anyone serious about their fitness and nutrition. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to level up their protein game and get after it!

Banana flavor and vanilla milkshake flavor:
PROS:
– EXCELLENT taste
– Super easy to mix without clumping or sticking to the bottom of the glass
– Mix of whey protein isolate, whey concentrate, micellar casein protein, and egg white protein
– Contains acidophilus
– Uses natural monk fruit to sweeten, so there is no nasty aftertaste like you get with stevia. Also, there are no artificial sweeteners like sucralose, potassium acesulfame, aspartame, or saccharine.
– No soy or gluten.
– Nice blend of amino acids, including BCAAs
CONS:
– Price is high
– I wish it came in a bigger size bag, like a 5.5 lb bag (but this will give me a chance to try different flavors)
OTHER FLAVORS:
– Strawberry milkshake flavor is not bad, but not as good as banana or vanilla.
– Chocolate flavor is not so great.
– Chocolate peanut butter just sounds gross, as does pumpkin spice for a protein shake.
With regard to the banana and vanilla milkshake, this is arguably the best protein powder I have had.

Delicious, mixes/dissolves well, and no bloating/diarrhea. I’ve used a dozen different protein powders from expensive organic brands to Premier. This is by the far the best I’ve had. I also love how the bag serving size is for 31 days. So for budgeting and meal planning, I’m buying one bag a month. 2 thumbs up, highly recommend. I’m 40, mom of 5, active but not a gym rat 🙂 Great protein shake for the everyday mom life.

Stevia doesn’t agree with me. Eating too much of it makes my insides feel like they’re turning inside out and makes things volcanic in the bathroom. Monk fruit is starting to catch on now but when I first started looking for alternatives my options for protein powders were very limited. I was looking for something whey based, not full of chemical stabilizers, and of course, sweetened with something other than stevia. I’m glad I found this brand, and I’ve tried just about every flavor now, some are better than others.
Vanilla- 4/5
Flavor is okay but not quite strong enough to cover the protein aftertaste. Biggest problem with it though is that it seems to clump easier than the others. Nothing’s worse than trying to sip your protein after a good workout only to have a lumpy, slimy shake that didn’t mix up too well.
Chocolate – I haven’t actually tried this one, I’ve only tried the other chocolate mixes but the other ones are good so it’s probably good too.
Chocolate peanut butter – 5/5
This one is my favorite. A lot of people here are complaining it’s a bit grainy, which is reasonable, but I don’t mind that and I find it helps the powder mix better. It’s not unlike adding peanut powder to a chocolate mix so I expect some graininess but the flavors are so well balanced that it makes up for it easily.
Chocolate Mint – 5/5
Another really excellent one. The chocolate seems darker than the chocolate peanut butter and the mint is subtle. I like to mix it with a bit of espresso powder for a protein mint mocha shake. Highly recommend trying it.
Banana Cream – 5/5
Personally I’m not a huge banana fan but this one gets special consideration because it really tastes like bananas. A lot of banana flavorings out there taste artificial or too subtle, but this tastes clean, like a banana cream pie. I was impressed.
Strawberry – 2/5
Unfortunately, this one is not good. I got it to mix with banana cream for some strawberry banana protein shakes but this one falls short. It doesn’t taste much like strawberry and definitely has an artificial taste to it. I suggest skipping this one unless they change it later. Instead, I’d just mix some keto strawberry yogurt with the vanilla if you want a strawberry shake, the yogurt seems to help the vanilla mix better and you get a better strawberry flavor out of it.
