I have been taking IBSolution for 3 months now, and so far, it’s working great. I don’t have any cramping or discomfort, except for some mild gas which has always been an issue for me (IBS-D and C). Of course diet has a lot to do with it, too, so I will continue to monitor what I eat, stay away from the trigger foods, and continue with IBSolution twice a day. And the fact that the ingredients are all-natural makes it a smarter choice over taking prescription drugs with all their negative side-effects. I plan on staying with IBSolution for as long as I can – I’m also a subscriber so that I don’t run out.
UPDATE: I want to add that prior to taking this product, I also suffered with internal bleeding hemorrhoids several times a year (a problem with also having IBS-C ) from straining to have a bowel movement. Prescribed suppositories can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days for the bleeding to subside, and that in itself has caused me a great deal of anxiety. Once I started taking IBSolution, I have not had to deal with bleeding hemorrhoids in the 3 months I’ve been taking the product. I don’t think that the bleeding has stopped because of the product, but I do think that being regular everyday with formed, and easy to pass stools has helped tremendously and keeps me from straining.
ANOTHER UPDATE: It’s now November 2019, and I’m well into my 7th month of taking IBSolution. This stuff is truly a miracle. I have no side effects, and I continue to have normal bathroom trips. It’s never been that way for me in over 30 years of my life. Now, I can take long road trips with my husband and not panic because I can’t find a public bathroom. Even the simplest of foods that would at one time upset my stomach do not bother me now. I love this product, and I hope they never discontinue it. For many of us with IBS-D and IBS-C (or sometimes both), this is the only remedy that works.
ONE MORE UPDATE! I have been taking IBSolution for almost 1 full year now. And still, truth be told, this product continues to work wonders for me. I do not have terrible bouts of IBS-D or IBS-C since starting this all-natural, easy to take, miracle-in-a-bottle. It’s truly the best product on the market for sure. I have come to learn that it pays to do your own research before considering prescribed medications that either don’t work, have serious side effects, or are way too costly for most of us to afford. This product is not a good product for me, unfortunately. I have had IBS C all my life (I’m 43) and was very excited about this product after the reviews I read. I have only taken 3 doses – 1 the first night when I received the bottle; 1 – yesterday morning; 1 – last night; each time I took the pill, I drank 8 ounces of water with it. My first does, I was unsure when to eat, so I ate an hour after taking it – I got more bloated than usual and had indigestion; the second dose, I drank 8 ounces of water and then I ate 30 mins after taking it – it sort of felt like it was working but then I just started to belch and was gassy, I also noticed that I had pain in my lower abdomen. I did have a small bm after an hour of eating though, which was surprising to me and I figured that yes, it was working. Please understanding that I am very sensitive to anything that I put in my body usually and have a lot of food related allergies that can develop very quickly after eating something that my body does not like (in addition to environmental allergies). Anyway, after taking the supplement and throughout the rest of the day, I became very congested and sneezy, I also continued to experience a slight cramping sensation in my lower abdomen – at this point I figured that it must be the pill because I did not change any other factor. After all of this, I still persisted in taking the 3rd dose and this time, I ate food right after taking it. Again, I became congested and sneezy and the pain in my lower abdomen continued. I did not have any other bm. I woke up this morning and after not taking the supplement for more than 12 hours, I feel so much better! No pain in lower abdomen, no sneezing, no congestion. I was truly hoping that this supplement would work for me but unfortunately it has not 🙁

I buy this product probably once every three months when I first bought it it was $19 second time was 21 now it’s 28. That’s a pretty big jump in price. I may purchase the product again, but definitely not from this seller

Okay so I’ve only been taking these for a week, but I think they’re helping? I was diagnosed with colitis in 2012, and my symptoms have only gotten worse – I feel like a prisoner to my intestines at this point. These pills do seem to calm things down a bit, but I can’t tell if I’m not going through a flare up at the moment or if they actually work. I haven’t any bad reactions, and they haven’t exasperated my symptoms either, which is what I was mostly nervous about. I’m only taking one a day for now and will update my review once I’ve taken them for longer.
SAD UPDATE 🙁
I’m now a few months into using these daily and they honestly just stopped working. I’m SO bummed…I saw another review say the same thing. Unfortunately I don’t know what happened and why they worked for a few months and then stopped? It was like I had a flare up and then there was no getting past it, my symptoms all came back and I’m just how I was before.
