There are many supplement companies, but few who strive to such high standards as Jigsaw Health. Jigsaw Health brand is new to me. Out of necessity, I have researched nutritional supplements for over 30 years to help me deal with health issues. My aim here is to slightly educate people about what this collagen supplement is, but I have learned that if I state some research information from my knowledge base, this review will be denied so I will be brief. I am impressed with the marks of integrity this company provides. I look for several characteristics before I will use a supplement. This supplement meets my criterias. It has both a phone number and website posted on the label as required by FDA regulations. This makes it easy for a consumer to contact Jigsaw in case there are questions or concerns. The website states that their “products are triple tested, and “lab results posted online.” It is extremely rare for a company to be so transparent. This is important for safety from harmful contaminants and to insure the supplement provides what is on the label. The label does not mention FDA GMP facility, but they must be doing something right for all of their testing. Jigsaw uses name brand ingredients Fortigel, Fortibone, and Verisol as listed on the label. Having these qualities does add to the cost, but in my opinion, I will pay the extra cost for a product that delivers and is safe! This is unflavored and for me has just a slight sharp taste when mixed with straight water. When I mixed it with half orange juice and half water, it was more palatable. The scoop was buried in the bottom so I had to use a clean spoon to dig it out. This has an oxygen absorber so the mixture was not clumpy. It did mix easily in water for me. (Other brands will clump and stick to the side or spoon). For me, I would rather have a straight product than one loaded with sugar that is not healthy and interfers with the absorption of main ingredients. This supplement easily earns five stars.

I like this collagen supplement, it is a big container though. I have tried many similar to this and like that it doesn’t have a scent or flavor to it. Great for your bones, joints and skin.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
This container comes about 75% full, which is not bad for a powder supplement.
If used as directed it will last one month.
There is no expiration date on the container. It says manufactured Aug 2023, but not how long it’s good for.
There is no real scent to the powder and the very light taste that collagen usually has.
I like my supplements to say organic (or grass-fed in this case), non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, grass-fed, and product of the USA.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the container. The jigsawhealth.com site is functional and informative. Jigsaw is a family-run company started in 2005, they appear on the site (in an entertaining music video), and there is too much information there to list here. I recommend you take a look.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed with this one (except for the silicon dioxide; many companies say they need to use it, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know of refuse to) and am going to look closer at what else they have available.

I’ve been using hydrolyzed Collagen for a long time. I can’t say that I notice how this is helping one way or the other but I absolutely love the fact that I’m getting 17 grams of protein before eating anything else!
This one in particular has added hyaluronic acid and dissolves beautifully. I will mention we usually scoop the collagen into our cups before we pour coffee but after forgetting one time I added after the fact and it it dissolves into the coffee quickly. The makers of this collagen is a small family owned business out of Scottsdale AZ. The label states that the ingredients are curated from around the world and that the label claims are verified. However, it states nowhere that there is any lab testing. Unfortunately, this collagen it is quite pricey compared to other brands I have used.

This seems to be a good collagen boost product. My wife and I have been using a supplement like this for a while now. We like that this one mixes well in our morning smoothies with no added taste. The container shows that it was MFG 08/2023 but has no expiration date. It has a scoop inside that I use to add collagen to our drink. With a serving size of two scoops, the container holds a 30-day supply. It came sealed well and was easy to open the container.
I like that it is made in the USA, non-GMO, and has the phone number, address, and website listed on the container. It uses clinically tested collagen peptides from Bovine as Fortigel, Fortibone, and Verisol and includes Hyaluronic acid. This is supposed to promote healthy joints, cartilage, skin, and hair.
We like this supplement and it seems to help.

I use collagen in my protein shakes all the time. While I normally use Orgain brand, it was great to compare it with this. i will say that this seemed to dissolve easier and had no flavor additives at all. I was impressed by the quality in use, packaging and clarity of ingredients. Overall satisfied and price seems quite reasonable too.

This is a good, basic unflavored collagen. Taste is fairly neutral, and it blends into most foods. Dissolves easily in hot or cold liquids. This is a nice amount that’ll last a good long time, and the price is quite reasonable compared to other brands.
