    The good: It warms up in about 60-90 seconds and lasts at least 30 minutes.
    Comforts tired sinuses and soothes dry eyes.

    The bad:
    1. First time use confusing, the ear strings are not noticeable as such.
    You have to rip off the tissue layer on top of the eye pads and stretch it out, only then does it resemble ‘ears strings’
    2. I asked for the lavender for the aromatherapy benefit.
    These appear to be the unscented version .
    Tiny print on the box says ‘lavender’. But print on individual packet only says ”natural essential oils etc.”

    Possibilities: unscented sachets packed in the ‘lavender’ box.?
    Maybe the product used to contain lavender but no longer does?
    I could ‘return’ them as not being lavender, but if i request the actual lavender there’s no guarantee ?

    These are amazing! I have such a headache and my body is so achy from the weather. These are great! They disposable, soft, smell great, heat up nice and there’s plenty in the package, well worth the money.
    They sit well on the face, and just really comfortable.buy them! You won’t regret it.

    As the title says, I was concerned that these may make me nauseous or get too warm.

    Instead these are my favorite go-to for a really great nap or just to drift asleep peacefully. They’re especially comforting and relaxing to use during travel or after a lack of sleep or lots of eye strain.

    They work similarly to hot hands, which I’ve had get WAY too warm in the past, especially if they had been on my eyes?? It wasn’t a concern with the masks at all. The breathability of them regulates the temperature well and disperses the light scent just enough to feel like you’re being pampered.

    The scent also doesn’t seem entirely natural (I’m not sure?), but still doesn’t at all irritate my skin or give me a headache in any way. It’s in no way “offensive” or overwhelming, in my experience.

    Some other concerns I had that didn’t come to fruition, for me:

    – I was concerned that the ear loops would be uncomfortable or not work well. They work fantastically, and feel way less constricting than any given COVID mask. They’re made out of a strong but very soft, thin, stretchy material. Barely feel it at all.

    -I was also concerned these wouldn’t actually block light very well. They aren’t the BEST eye masks I’ve had for that specifically, but they’re pretty good for single use. They flex pretty well to fit to your face and the warming contents help fill the gaps around my eyes.

    I bought two boxes the first worked fine, very very subtle scent supposed to be lavender but also kind of smelled odd not sure they did anything to help my dry eye condition but they were relaxing. The second box I opened and the two I have used so far did not heat up at all and my daughter mentions maybe they expired and sure enough they expired 11/2023 and I had purchased both boxes 2/2024

    I use a Bruder mask but travel a lot and often don’t have access to a microwave. I brought these on a 2 week European work trip and used them nightly. I was pleasantly surprised how warm they got and that the heat lasted at least 20 min (I constantly fall asleep with these on! Heat may last even longer.) Surprisingly comfortable too, the ear straps are soft and fit me just right. Other reviews said the straps break easily, that was not my experience, i was nit rough with them but I also have small/average size head and ears. I suppose if you have a larger head, these may not be for you. I tried 3 different brands and by far these were the best as far as high temperature, comfort and how long they last. Nice to keep in my nightstand when I don’t feel like going downstairs to heat up my other mask too. I only ordered unscented, I’m not a fan of fragrance near my already dry, irritated eyes. I noticed no smell from these at all.
    Highly recommend!

    I ordered these steam masks for my 98 year old Father who suffers from dry eye strain. There are 20 individually packaged masks in the box and once opened and exposed to the air, much like hand warmers, they immediately heat up retaining their heat 30-60 minutes depending on the environmental temperature. The masks opens up with gentle and soft slip over the ear attachments and the mask itself is soft, lightweight, comfortable and dark…thereby providing the most relaxing experience possible. At 98 years, his skin is fragile but he is able to wear the mask right out of the package with no burning to his skin or redness. He reports alot of relief from his symptoms although he is using the masks at least twice every day. The box arrived undamaged and shipped quickly. We will definitely be ordering again! Great product.

    I’ve used some other brands of sleep masks, but these seem to be the most consistent in terms of heat. Other brands would be hit or miss – sometimes the mask would get warm and other times it wouldn’t. Love the ease of use – super convenient to pack for traveling. The scent is very light – I’ve tried both rose and lavender – and sometimes not even noticeable to me. I used to think it would be uncomfortable to wear something over my eyes, but these are pretty comfortable (I’m also a back sleeper, so I can’t say how they wear if you’re on your side or stomach). My eyes do usually feel more rested, and more importantly they don’t feel as dry. I do have a diagnosed dry eye syndrome, so this mask helps a lot to minimize it – can totally tell the difference when I don’t wear one at night
