This cream was recommended by a friend who went through a double mastectomy. When my loved one had to go through radiation for cancer, I used this on him every day, 5 days a week for 5 weeks after every treatment before he got dressed and we headed home. It protected his skin. I purchased this time as a gift for another dear friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer and will need to undergo a regimen of radiation. Wonderful product. By the way—both my friend who recommended this is now cancer free and so is my loved one. Both had it spread to the lymph nodes. This is not your typical body lotion. I have two extremely dry spots in my shins, one on each, same location, due no doubt to age…I am 65. Nothing I’ve tried has made the slightest difference in these ugly dry spots, until Jeans. I was told about it by someone and the two ugly spots look and feel so much better. So, I’m going to continue using Jeans, keeping it here at my bedside. All I can say is this—if you have tried many other products and nothing is working, give this a try. Like me, you have probably spent a small fortune on products that don’t work. Jeans might be the answer at last.

This is an amazing cream. It has a luxurious creamy texture, feels nice on the skin, and most of all it has helped my skin during radiation therapy. I began using Jeans Cream in week 2, using it 3 times a day; now I am in week 4 of my treatment and my skin has only a slightly pinkish tint and no itching or burning . My radiologist is amazed at how well my skin is reacting to the radiation at this point. I have very fair skin and sunburn easily. I’ll write another review about how this turns out at the end of my radiation for breast cancer. So far I am very encouraged.
I have also found it to be the most helpful of anything I have used for my eczema. I use it on my face and neck because I have red dry patches. This is the only thing that has helped. I will always keep this on hand.
July 12,2016 – I have now completed my radiation. Jeans Cream has proved to be extremely helpful. My skin turned red, but it never felt painful or pealed. My doctor was amazed. I HIGHLY recommend the use of this cream. You must begin using it in the earliest stages before your skin begins to burn. Use it 3 times a day. I hope your results will be as great as mine.

Used Jeans Cream during breast cancer radiation. Started 3 weeks before and for 4 weeks after. I am fair skin. No burns not even pink. Used 3x’s daily. One 7oz tube should be plenty for 33 treatments. I like that there is no fragrance, no oily feel. A dab of cream goes a long way. I used on my neck, underarm, and breast. Yes it is expensive, but well worth the price to avoid burns. I will buy more for daily use. Also used on husband’s dry skin. Worked great! Super product!

Smooth with nice texture! I was given a couple of samples at the Cancer Center. My skin was very irritated from radiation and this helped with the burning and itching!

In August 2020, my husband had an aggressive squamous cell removed from his lip and chin that required six weeks of radiation treatments. A technician at an MRI center told us about this product. Her husband had had mouth cancer and radiation treatments three time in nine years. This cream helped him tremendously. The doctor told my husband to expect the dermis (skin) to breakdown as we got near the end of the treatments, however he used the Jean’s cream after each treatment and throughout the day for six weeks. The skin got red, but never had any breakdown. This cream cooled the area being irradiated. It went with us to the radiation center. (Actually, it went with us everywhere. We kept it in a small cooler with ice packs.) During treatment he was able to recommend it to other patients in the center (on the down low). They were all grateful. The Jean’s cream was part of a multifaceted approach to the treatment of his cancer and it was successful for him. We also used Manuka honey and Frankincense oil on his gums, because the radiation caused blistering. Frankincense oil and EMU oil on the skin alternating with the Jean’s cream to encourage healing. The treatment center where he received the radiation never recommended any over-the-counter products or what would be considered holistic treatments. Everything we used was either recommended by other patients or from our own research. Some of the other things we did included juicing carrots, beets, apples and celery, along with making homemade Elderberry syrup and drinking alkaline water, in order to support the immune system. I want to make clear, this was our experience. We are not doctor’s, just former patients sharing what worked. Since then, we have actually bought the Jean’s cream and given it to people undergoing radiation. That’s how much of a difference it made. Two months after his last treatment, my husband’s skin looked great. I hope your story is as successful as ours.
