The evidence for cardiovascular health is very clear, but what is not commonly known is this stuff will change your teeth in ways you’ll never believe. Try it for 3 months, your teeth will look amazing. Do it for life, and you’ll reduce the risk of calcification of your arteries (as long as you don’t eat tons of dairy products and calcium supplements) and you’ll never have a cavity again.
UPDATE: I rely greatly on Fakespot, which gives this a Grade “F”. Vitamin K is one of those supplements that still haven’t caught on, and I imagine that the small number of reviews here is part of the reason the ranking is so low. But in my case, I’ve been using it for 1.5 years, my teeth are still perfect. Cardiovascular system protective effects are harder to prove, but overall Jarrow has tested well in the past and the evidence for this mix of Vitamin K is pretty strong.

I am unable to use dairy related MK4 and 7 this is the only thing that I can use to get the vitamin D into my bones. There’s not enough vitamin D in here, and you will have to add to it. I’m just so grateful that I found this.

There are numerous combination Vitamin D & K supplements available.
But this is one of the very few I trust to work.
I like the forms & dosages of vitamin K for both healthy blood clotting AND arterial health (i.e. keeping calcium out of the arteries and heart valves, and in the bones, where it belongs).
The form & dosage of vitamin D3 should be sufficient for most people’s needs.
Vitamin D cannot be efficiently absorbed and converted to its biologically active form without sufficient levels of vitamin K2 (as MK-4 & MK-7), as well as magnesium.
Jarrow Formulas has really done their (scientific) homework.
Jarrow Formulas has recently changed their labels, but the formulas are still the same exceptional quality.
They’ve been one of the premier brands in the supplement industry for several decades.

I take this K2 mk-7 for Osteoporosis to help my body naturally rebuild and strengthen my bones (along with other necessary bone building blocks).
But I know I can trust Jarrow and it’s reasonably priced for the excellent quality.
