This is a good product to use for health. But not on a regular basis. When taking in oil you must be balance. This product is one to add to your health regiment.

I have been using Borage Oil for several years to help in the prevention of menopause hot flashes. I combine this with Remifemin which was recommended by my hematologist. This is a slight improvement in treating hot flashes and night sweats as I am unable to take Estrogen for various reasons. I also take Borage Oil with Krill Oil and have not had any ill effects. Please consult your doctor prior to taking over-the-counter medications.
