For starters, the jade roller broke as soon as I lifted it from its packaging. The smaller roller dropped right off and into my cup of coffee. It needs to be reglued, and is an easy fix, but it’s disappointing that it broke immediately. The roller itself is fine. Has a good weight. Seems to be made of actual stone. The stone massage tool is okay. I feel a slight seam(?) along the edges.
Package did not arrive on time. Was originally marked as “undeliverable” and I was not notified by Amazon. Called in and the item was replaced and actually arrived this time.
Overall seems like it will be an okay product. When it comes time to replace it I will be looking at other companies.

It came well packaged. It’s has a bit of heaviness to it which I like. It’s not cheaply made. It has a nice little bag to store everything in. I’m very happy with this purchase. It came in a timely fashion and I used it right away. It felt so good on my face and afterwards I felt really good. I’m glad I read the reviews for this first because it really does feel good when it’s cool.

Beautiful jade roller and Gua sha. Feels great on face and I am excited to see results. Other rollers may squeak and roll weird but this one does not, it rolls smooth on the face.

Excellent quality roller. I’ve wanted one of these a while now, but never seemed to come across any that looked like it would hold up well. A lot of jade rollers out there are very flimsy and break easily. After seeing the positive reviews on this one, I decided to get it, and I’m so happy that it is such a great quality roller and Gua Sha stone. The packaging is really nice also. Highly recommend

Let’s start with this. Sorry for the upside down phampflet in the video. I’ve been looking into buying an all natural 100% authentic jade roller and I came across this product. Very affordable price not too expensive for what I received it’s just right. It came in a small packaging with a soft travel bag that hold the roller and the smaller jade item. It also comes with instructions how to use on your face which I thought was very helpful. Very pleased with this product and it’s easy to use. You open the box, read the directions and of course clean the items before using on your face. Came in one piece and hasn’t broken on me yet like other comments state. It’s my precious haha !!

I love this little set. Good quality, a pouch for easy storage, and it seems to be actual Jade (unlike the cheaper options out there). It stays nice and cool on its own, or you can stick it in the freezer to chill it more. I like using the flat stone at night with two drops of oil, when I have more time, and the roller in the morning after I apply moisturizer. I’ve watched my forehead wrinkles improve!!! And, in general, I find it soothing.

Read all the instructions. I had watched a YouTube video that said to clean the roller with soapy water. It can damage the Jade. My bad. Make sure to wipe clean with warm rubbing alcohol instead. Be gentle with your roller. Despite the fact that my roller has a slight imperfection, it feels so nice & does have remarkable results in relieving puffiness. Love it! Will order another.
