I was loving this for a few days until I noticed by mid afternoon I was exaushted. Nothings changed in my routine but I would be so tired. Decided to test a different product and no afternoon crash. I find these products are individual preference and you need to try others. Although ingredients are very similar, personal reactions will dictate results.
