I’ve been on this product for two weeks this week. Twice a day. Lots of energy but no jitters at all! There is no nausea feeling but I drink the recommended amount of water. This pill does not give me diarrhea but does help produce a healthy movement (what!? some people wonder). I still feel a little hungry (mentioning bc it is a dietary supplement) however, I’m not feeling like I’m starving. I get full a lot sooner when I do eat. I can already tell I’ve lost some inches in the waist and buttocks. I do not exercise other than normal everyday activities which do not raise heart rate enough to sweat ( I sound like a slob! Ha! I’m a SAHM who home schools). I do know that IF I WAS to add a workout regime with this product then, I would significantly lose more weight and quicker than exercise alone. I love this product so far and have recommended it to my family and friends already. I will be buying more once I run out. Hopefully by then I can get some real health conscience exercise to include and not just house chores.

Let’s get the good out of the way. For what it is worth, as long as you take this supplement like you should, it WOULD work well for you. I did feel myself losing quite a few pounds while using it and it did boost my metabolism quite a bit.
But the downside: I do not speak for everyone, but while I was taking it, at varying doses mind you, not only did it give me jitters that lasted for days and kept me awake, but it also amplified my anxiety and depression to the point of scaring others around me. It made me very Moody and caused my body and head to ache at times, and at times I got crying spells. I ended up discarding it.
I am giving it three stars because it is powerful but gave me side effects that proved to be quite toxic.. not literally, but figuratively and emotionally.
If you are sensitive to thermogenic fat burner I suggest you approach this with caution and take a less powerful alternative.

I started taking these about 5 days ago. I have lost 7 pounds already. Most I am sure is the water weight I put on during not eating correctly as I normally do in the stay at home corona thing. (MY HUSBAND ordered a lot of pizza) So I went from 120 to 157…Yikes right. (also I had broken my foot and wrist and could not workout at all for 3 months, that will do it too)
I am keeping my eating healthy. About 1400 to 1500 a day. Working out about 20 to 30 minutes 5 times a week. And drinking about 3 liters of water a day. Also I am doing Intermittent fasting. When I get up in the morning I take 1 pill so far. Drink my first liter of water over about 30 minutes while doing my morning work on the computer. My first meal is at 12 pm. So this means as I slept from 10 pm to 10 am I have fasted for 12 hours (or consider you last mean in the evening and add on hours) So in total I fast between 12 to 16 hours.
I feel full and totally full of energy.
Then I do one workout after my 1st meal at 12 or 2 about 4 pm 15 to 20 minutes. Then another about 6 the same amount of time. (this is just so far, I will increase my workout times to a higher amount as I can for my still injured foot) Then at 7 pm I eat again. I do at times have a snack around 3, fruit, steamed veggies, or a hard-boiled egg. Things like that.
Then after that no more food. I do have light and low-calorie beer included in my calorie count. I sleep so well about 10 pm I just am out. I wake up a lot to pee, sorry, but that is what drinking a lot of water does and it cleans your system out and gives you tons of energy. But when I get up at 7 to 8 am I am so nice and refreshed and go right to my pill bottle and grab my water and start again.
I know this is a bit long. But I am trying to be specific. I really see a difference in my stomach size. The scale does not lie (I have one upstairs and one downstairs and each say the same.) I went from 157.30 to 150.20 in 7 days even with a cheat day.
I am thrilled with these and look forward to loosing my last 30 pounds. Don’t expect my results, my body has always burned calories fast. And I used to be 18% body fat. So I was always slim and had a lot of lean muscle. Yet expect to go in with a positive attitude, change what you are comfortable with for yourself. Once you see even a pound gone, you will be proud and want to do more. I promise that has been my personal experience.
I am going up to 2 on the pills today. I do get a bit jittery, so I started slow. I will update on my review in a week or so.

I was skeptical of this product for obvious reasons, but I’m now on my third bottle and I can say with confidence that it does work. This is not the placebo effect either; I’ve skipped a few weeks of supplements and my results are quite different without vs. with.
The instructions say to take three capsules up to twice a day but I’ve only ever taken one or two at a time with good results.
The supplement has helped with weight loss, appetite suppression, and energy — although I feel like taking the recommended quantity would definitely give me the jitters so I stick to smaller dosage and it’s fine.
At no point have I ever felt like the supplement was doing anything negative, although if I want to have a relaxing lazy day I skip it.
Recommended.
