The package itself arrived a bit crushed even though it was in another package. The product was sealed properly and easy to open. The capsules are a bit larger than expected, but very easy to swallow and no taste or aftertaste. I’ll definitely keep ordering these.

Iwi Omega three has been the perfect addition to my self-care routine for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier! The softgels are very easy to swallow. I think they are the perfect size. I love that this product is plant-based, and that the nutrients are easier to absorb! I also love that it is environmentally friendly and affordable! I absolutely love these! First, I love all the benefits received from taking these — supports a healthy heart, brain development, strong bones, strong joints and eye health — WOW! Second, I love that these are mini softgels. This makes them VERY easy to take. Third, I love the packaging. This was easy for me to store, to take with me when traveling, and wouldn’t be crushed. Fourth, ingredient transparency. Yes please! I love that they are transparent about what ingredients are in the softgels and where it comes from.
I have been recommending these to friends since I feel amazing since starting them. I am definitely loving the benefits and will continue to purchase these.

Our doctor recommended this brand, knowing our aversion to fishy tasting Omega-3s and the flavors used to cover the fish. Like all Omega-3s, they seem rather pricey. We still prefer Iwi’s product to other Omega-3 options.

Taking these is like oiling the tin man! I use to hear my knees crack and pop when moving. After taking these, they are silent. I will take that as working!!!

Before I talk about the positives, I want to talk about the number 1 negative. The smell is so horrendous in the bottle, but when you take the actual pill out, it is fine. However, I do believe these were very good in regards to my heart, bones, and overall health. I did not experience any side effects or effects on my stomach like some reviews suggest.
