Im constantly trying new sunscreens. Korean sunscreens have been by far the most fun to try less annoying to reapply. I’ve also reordered this sunscreen twice now.
This product is great for the price when used for and around the face, ears, back of neck, etc. The texture is a lighter fluid that has some weight once you start to rub the product into the skin. It’s easy to apply/spread and doesn’t burn my eyelids or create any sensitivity when immediately applied or after settling on my skin minutes after.
It’s quite calming as a moisturizing sunscreen for the face but I do feel that it could be less tacky of a finish for someone who’s combination/oily as a last step. If someone was using makeup afterwards, I’d say it’s the perfect primer with a little bit of grip.
I’d reorder again but still on the search for a clear finishing sunscreen that either has a skin like finish or velvet/silk finish to the dry down. Either I don’t want to feel the sunscreen on my skin like the Japanese Biore Aqua Rich or feels so good that I can’t stop touching my skin because it’s so soft and…demure…less glowy, more powdered. If anyone out there knows of that type of mythical sunscreen, please shout it out.

I’ve been using this sunscreen for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve tried! The texture is lightweight and non-greasy, which is a huge plus for my combination skin. It absorbs quickly without leaving any white cast. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, even after a full day in the sun.

Update 10/3/2024: I still really like it, still use it every day. It’s definitely NOT matte as others have said, it’s just as greasy looking as any other sunscreen but I’m putting makeup on over it so I don’t mind the ‘glow.’ It will burn your eyes if you get it in them, but the pain goes away pretty quickly. I apply it right up to my eyes, even on my eyelids, and it doesn’t migrate into my eyes on it’s own, which is what I like. But if I have some on my finger and touch my eye – it does burn for a little bit.
I’m on the hunt for a facial sunscreen to replace my beloved CosRx Aloe soothing sunscreen that seems to have been discontinued. I’ve only used this one for a few days but so far I’m very happy with it. It’s a thin texture but somehow it’s moisturizing, I don’t need to apply moisturizer on top (I’m 53, dry skin). It melts into the skin, no white cast. And it doesn’t burn my eyes!

I have spent years looking for the perfect daily moisturiser for spring/summer and failed miserably – until now! This cream is perfect, it has a light texture and sinks in easily + it has a light green tint which is perfect for anyone who has sensitive/red skin. Perhaps most importantly, it doesn’t leave any white cast AND it works like a dream on my combination/oily/sensitive skin. Also it isn’t overly expensive – absolute winner!

As someone with combination & acne-prone skin, I was so happy when I found this. Here’s why this is the best sunscreen for me:
1. Moisturizing yet not greasy for my combo skin–leaves a nice matte finish. No weird scent or stickiness. Very lightweight.
2. The Centella in it–along with other supoorting ingredients, are perfect for my red, blemish-prone skin–very soothing
3. Simplifies my routine by combining a perfect lightweight, soothing moisturizer with the superior Korean sunscreen filters.
I love this so much–it is truly a great value for your money. My only wish is that it can come in a little bit of a bigger size–atleast 3oz would be incredible. I looking forward to continue using this… forever.

I switched from Beauty of Joseon to this because the wait time and cost of shipping for BoJ just didn’t make sense with so many other options. This product was well reviewed by dermatologists online and it was brand certified through Amazon, so I knew I was getting the real thing. I liked this a lot the last time I purchased. After repurchasing recently, the product is dry and clumpy. I’m confused about why this is occurring, but I feel like product is wasted both on the pilling/clumps, and when the tube gets stopped up. It also doesn’t blend into the skin as easily, given the random pilling.
This isn’t a great enough product to pull me back in when there is a risk of getting a faulty product. It is non-irritating and non-greasy on my super sensitive skin and sensitive eyes. It doesn’t smell like anything and it blends with other products, including makeup. I just know that there are smoother/creamier products than this that won’t have this problem.

I’m done trying to find the perfect sunscreen because this one is my absolute favorite. I tried this brand after using their centella gel cream for years. I have dehydrated non-oily skin and this works like a charm. No white cast, minimal smell, texture is great and smooth, and the bottle I bought months ago is still going even with near-daily use.
The only *potential* con is that it’s all chemical sunscreens, I think people say mineral sunscreens are better? A formula with a mix of chemical and mineral sunscreens would be ideal but I’m not too worried about it. Gonna keep buying this one.
