I got this for headache and migraine relief. I’ve always had to make my own ice pack wraps so I know first hand how hard it is to keep an ice pack in place around my head. I loved the idea of this flexible ice pack in the shape of a head cap specifically for my needs. The iTHERAU head wrap is soft, comfortable and provides a decent amount of ice pack coverage. The circumference is adjustable by a thick hook and loop patch.
There are a couple of things that would elevate this product.
1. I would like for it to stay cold for longer than 15-20 minutes. I do benefit from the cold all around my head, but my main focus is my forehead/eyes. The face area gets to room temp in about 8 minutes so I end up having to rotate the cap to utilize all the cold areas before it gets to room temp all the way which can be up to 20 minutes. It does provide relief albeit, for a short amount of time.
2. It’s listed as 360 degree coverage but that only applies to the circumference of the entire head wrap, not the flexible ice pack. It would be great if the ice pack was longer so it could be built in behind the adjustable patch. I lose about 4.5 inches of coverage in the back after adjusting for my head size.
A nice touch, the head-wrap comes with a re-sealable plastic bag which I use as storage to keep it clean in the freezer. I’ve had this in my freezer for about a month and so far it does not have a freezer smell, which I attribute to the zip lock bag. I also appreciate the odorless material it’s made with – smells can be so triggering for headaches and migraines so odor control is a very important feature.
I think the design is great, but it would be even better if the functionality was taken up a notch.
I cannot speak toward using this as a warm product as heat does not provide me any relief.

Ordered this while I was pregnant to try to get headache relief without taking medicine, and it did the trick. It feels buttery soft and “freezes” easily, takes up very little room in freezer. I use ” ” because it never gets hard, it stays soft, flexible, and gel-like. When you first wear it, it’s SO COLD. Feels sort of like a brain freeze when you first put it on, but keep it on and that goes away, it relaxes you, and it provides relief. It stayed cold for a decent amount of time, but I even fell asleep in it and it was still comfortable.

This product is of the highest quality and is so soft and comfortable to wear. In the past I used the classic gel packs found in first aid kits or the cheap beauty face masks. While they got the job done I would have to move them around to hit the spots needed.
As soon as I slipped this full head mask on I was in heaven. It hits everywhere at once and the gel remains pliable and soft so conforms to my head. It is so relaxing I use it most nights to help me fall asleep with or without a headache it feels amazing. Our house now has 3 of these masks so that we can each have one and a spare to freeze and rotate out. I will be buying these as gifts for family and friends because I feel everyone should enjoy this luxury.

This is great to use any the FIRST sign of a headache make sure to then use.
Make sure to see a DR regarding ongoing headaches/ migraines. I did and i saw an ophthalmologist regarding my eye pain and was told it was sinus related.
This is easy to use and you can use the heat or cold
There are no picture instructions which would make it easier
It’s is one full item as a head wrap you dont remove anything out of it the WHOLE THINGS AS A WHOLE goes either in microwave OR the freezer.
DO NOT exceed the amount of time that is stated when putting in the microwave. REMEMBER this isnt one of those rice/bean heating bags which for those you put in for a minute up to 2 and 1/2 minutes BUT THIS IS A GEL so you need to ONLY do the length that is in instructions.
I can see why some people may feel it needs to be heater more as when you heat it in the microwave according to the instructions it doesn’t feel too warm or hot BUT remember this will be WRAPPED around your face and the heat will remain consumed and will remain in product and be enough.
Be careful when using the freezer cold option to not get too cold on the skin. The under eyes and forehead are very sensitive skin areas so be careful with the coldness.
You will figure out on your own if the heat or cold option works best for your treatment of headaches, pain, sinus option.
For myself i was told to use the warm option for Sinus and eye pain.
MAKE SURE also that your makeup is off and all removed (including eye makeup and mascara) IF NOT this will go onto the product and can effect it and also stain it. Make sure you don’t have any oils or lotions on your skin as those will do the same.
I wipe my head wrap down with a damp cloth after each use ALSO for sanitary uses in case my son needs to use for his headaches as you don’t share (and should never share mascara and eye tools so you shouldn’t for this) So as not to pass along any particles or anything its best to wipe down.
Great product it does work and depending what you need it for it can also work for sinus problems not just headaches/migraines
Also tired eyes. This would be great as a meditation and just to help you block out distractions as you relax for 15 minutes or so.

I wish I found this years ago. Cold all the way around. Tried in freezer first, too cold. Fridge is perfect. Comes with a durable zip storage bag. Velcro closure. Tried on someone with a large head and was able to get around their head, too. Heaven.

Love this thing!!! It works so good! The only down side is, it only stays cold for about 15 minutes BUT the pressure it gives and the natural coolness it has from material it still works. It comes with a storage bag but mine has a small paper punch hole in it so I’m not sure if that’s for the freezer bag (odor would get in) or just storage… I would recommend a thousand times!

Me gusta mucho dormir con el porque lo pongo a refrescar o a enfriar en el refrigerador y me ayuda para relajarme y en tiempo de calor es bueno para dormir mas a gusto. Estoy acostumbrada a dormir con una almohada en la cara cubriéndome los ojos y orejas principalmente y creo que este producto me ayuda mucho a eso y cuando vaya de viaje será muy comodo llevarlo
