Great moisturiser, after showers I get itchy skin and this really calms the skin down and stops me itching as much. Was a blind buy but will buy a bigger bottle when I need to.

Absolutely brilliant itch relief cream. Why have I never thought to try a menthol-based cream before?! I have been suffering with severe eczema and hives for the past year, which only seems to be getting worse. I was desperate for some itch relief, taking up to 4 antihistamines a day. This balm has been amazing – as soon as I start to get hot and itchy patches, I rub a little of this on and within a few minutes the soothing, cooling menthol totally distracts my skin and my brain and the itch disappears. It also seems to bring some relief to the redness that comes with eczema. I have found it relieves my sanity when I wake up during the middle of the night with itching that was driving me to tears with frustration – now I keep this by the bedside table and apply wherever needed, problem solved! I can get back to sleep much quicker and feel soothed.
In terms of moisturising, it does seem to do a good job, however I have also been using another moisturiser in addition to this, so couldn’t say exactly how it would be if I were to just use it on its own. Would definitely recommend (but as always with any skin conditions, check if you’re sensitive to any of the ingredients first). I have quite sensitive skin that doesn’t tolerate much in the way of parabens or preservatives and it hasn’t caused any reactions for me.
I’ve found in the recent hot weather this has been brilliant for cooling down my feet (even if they aren’t itching!) so has come in very handy!
