First, I would like to say this was my first time taking creatine. I took this product for a month and a half and I have seen tremendous strength gains since I’ve been going to the gym. With this creatine, you don’t need to do a loading phase. The following is how I was taking my creatine for the best results. 1. On training days I took one dry scoop before the gym and another dry scoop after the gym. 2. I consumed a gallon of water, sometimes a gallon and a half depending on my hydration. 3. Days I wasn’t training I took one dry scoop first thing in the morning.
I highly recommend this product it’s all about how you use it in order for it to be very effective.

Good quality creatine. Scoop that comes with it a tad too short for a container that almost 3 times the length of the scoop. Otherwise no complains.

The product was well priced and has worked really well for me. I can see and feel a difference in my performance and recovery at the gym. The only downside is the flavor, it’s not repulsive but it’s not something you look forward to because it’s just bland. Tastes almost like nothing, like water with a little something (natural taste of creatinine). Not a big deal honestly.

I bought this in October 2021 for $18.73 Now it is over $47 and so I will not be buying it again. But I liked the product for the price I bought it at. It was flavorless and it did not comp in my glass. The key with any power is to stir it as soon as you put it into the water. Always add water first. Never add powder first.

Pensé por la marca sería de la calidad de las proteínas , pero no me ha gustado tanto . Hay otras que disuelven mejor con solo agua.
