I have severe, near constant sinus inflammation due to allergies and very few treatments have helped, except for surgery. Unfortunately the effects are lessening and another surgery might be recommended. I have to take multiple allergy medications and those usually stop working before the 24hrs are up, and the benefits of the 6hr ones are much shorter-lived. I’d rather not go through another surgery and taking ineffective medications (many of them) can’t be good for me long-term either, so I began researching other things to try. This is working! I notice that I’m able to breathe comfortably through my nose most of the day after about a week of taking iSerra consistently. And I’m no longer waking up at night with a stuffy nose, which is kind of miraculous! I’m actually looking forward to experiencing more results.

So far, so good! Much more effective than the lower potency brand that I was using prior to iSerra, though I did notice good effects from that supplement as well. I think high dosages are necessary for long term chronic stuff. My sinuses are incredibly clear after just a few days at 500,000spu once a day. I’m planning to add another dose in the next day or two. The scars on my knees from old surgeries are disappearing and my joints feel good. I’ve had numerous traumatic injuries from ski racing and chronic injuries due to endurance running that used to make me hobble around after short runs or steep hikes. Since starting serrapeptase a couple months ago the chronic pain I’ve endured is at least 50% improved. Hoping for continued benefits with adhesions around an old spine injury (fractured L1) as well as breaking up biofilms in the gut and other places due to chronic infections and cyst reduction. I also feel a general reduction in overall inflammation, including improved skin tone, less bloating, environmental allergens, etc. I’m planning to stick with high doses for the next 4-6 months. Love this stuff!

I have had chronic recurring bowel obstructions from adhesions caused by post surgical scar tissue. This condition was debilitating for years and years, causing me terrible pain and the inability to maintain a healthy bodyweight. I had to be on liquid diets for weeks at a time. It was getting so bad that I would only be off liquids for a week at a time before the next flare up. I was not a candidate for surgery, as surgery is what caused my issue. My healthcare team recommended I manage it as well as I could to try to stay out of the hospital, or surgery might be inevitable, landing me in a downward spiral with a grim ending.
I reached out to my community and asked for ideas. A couple of different people recommended Serrapetaise for breaking down scar tissue. I tried two different kinds for a few months each and neither of them worked very well. I decided to give it one more try and looked for something with a good price point and excellent reviews, that also wasn’t damaging the silk worm population (growing in a lab helps this and allows for dose regulation). I found iSerra, and within 6 months of taking it, I have made huge improvements that may have saved my life.
I have not had to be on a liquid diet in 3 months now, and obstructions are only partial, and minor, and resolve within a day. They are so infrequent now I can’t really remember the exact day I last had one! iSerra has helped break down the scar tissue and adhesions in my abdomen so I can eat again! I’ve maintained a health bodyweight for months as a result.
I don’t know what iEnzymes does to create such a superior product, but I am immensely grateful.

I have used one other high dose serapeptase and it cost almost twice as much per dose and had similar or lesser effects on my condition. I
basically have massive systematic inflammation and my adrenal glands have shut down due to being prescribed 100mg of prenisone a day for six months to treat a nasty auto amune disease that nearly killed me. I’m now off the prednisone and my body cannot react to the inflammation properly. Every joint in my body is painful and swollen on a daily basis. I was barely able to walk after 6 hours at work for the first month after I was tapered off the prednisone. The pain and swelling was severe…
With this product that pain and swelling is greatly reduced! I’m functional and able to work a full time job. I have also noticed that many of my larger harder scars have softened and shrunk. I’m hoping that as my adrenals kick back in over the next year and aid in the process of fighting inflammation that the results will continue to improve.

I have been taking serrapeptase for over 2 years for inflammation in my knee after an arthroscopic surgery. I was informed that I have little cartilage left and will need a knee replacement in the next 10 years. At the young age of 40 I would like to prevent this for as long as I can and this was recommended to me and has completely help. I have very little pain or inflammation and it has help my allergies as well! I will continue to take this for the foreseeable future.
