To all that want a serious review of this product then listen up. If you are looking at this product for some massive gains then you’re looking to the wrong area again hoping for something that works like PEDS that won’t and can’t. The only place for massive gains in a short period of time is PEDS but if you are looking for just some slight assistance with holding muscle while on a prep or some recovery help then this could very well be what you are looking for. I used Bio-Gro on my last prep 3/1/17 thru 7/15/17, I went from 224lbs to 188lbs, when I started prepping I was lifting 315 for a set of five at my top weight, when I was 190lbs I was lifting 300lbs for 5 reps, all the weight loss and not much strength loss and anyone will tell you, that is unusual. Us this product as a recovery tool as this is what it seems to be good at, I do feel it played a role with holding my strength even though I’m sure it was not the only factor. If you have the money then I can see this product being worth it but don’t expect PED gains from it.

The whole iSatori line is superb, and this unique product is no exception! I take a lot of it and it really works. I cycle on and off of it, too. I wouldn’t think one could take it forever and ever…… It should be an addition to an already intense workout regimen with an above-average diet — and AMPLE SLEEP. This is the piece de resistance for me. Really puts me over the top with hypertrophy (without getting into the weird world of stairoydz). Do the unflavored and add it to a post-bedtime protein shake or bowl of cereal, so it can rebuild your body as you rest.

I swear I checked the amount of this product before I made the purchase. but when I received it. It’s about the size of a measuring cup. It’s the tiniest container of protein powder I’ve ever seen. I can’t return it anyway.. so I thought I’d just give everybody a reminder to check the weight because this amount is good for maybe a week.. that’s it

I really didn’t do a ton of research on this product before buying it for the first time around ten years ago based on some salesman’s recommendation at a local nutrition shop.
At this point, I know what it does for me. It cuts my recovery time by AT LEAST half, and it noticeably gives me muscle gains in a remarkably short time.
I recently started stacking it with kre-alkalyn and have built an incredible amount of muscle mass and basically have no downtime from recovery, with remarkable strength gains. I’d try it at least once if I were you.
