I found if I take this on an empty stomach and then about 15 minutes later eat fruit or something light, that it works really fast. Before, I’d eat a heavy breakfast and didn’t feel that well after taking this. But something light to help bring on the digestion process so the cap’s break down quickly works without having that heavy ugh feeling.

I take it also with Natures Measure Gingko Biloba standardized extract capsule product that believe it or not I get from “Dollar Tree”.
It’s an extract of 4:1 and my memory improves greatly with this product added to that Gingko capsule (I take 3) Standardized extract is the best when taking herbs. Standardized means the active medicinal property of the herb is extracted from the root,plant, or leaf. That’s all you’re getting is the “working properties” of that herb.

So let me tell you about these! I have tried many supplements with little effect, but these are the best. I have been using them for 4 years and you cant even beat this price. Not only do they give you nervous free energy, they help my mood, and my fibro incredibly. No shakes, no interaction with the loads of caffeine I drink. I have many lifelong injuries from an accident, so I suffer severe muscle fatigue and joint pain. Knee, hip, cervical spine etc. Of course nerve injuries cause muscle spasming and it is a living hell. This supplement makes the world of difference! If I get any type of virus, it takes me weeks to regain my energy. But when I take these, Im back to myself in no time. I am a business owner and fly angler so I am very busy and I have to have energy to be active. These sups dont just give me brain energy, they give me muscle energy. They give my spirit energy! If you feel like you just dont feel like yourself and cant get your mojo going, try these! I take 3 a day instead of the recommended 4. You should feel a difference in just a couple days.

Excellent Energy without Caffeine. I only take one a day. Not a huge boost of energy, but I can definitely tell a difference. I do not drink coffee, so maybe that is why. Most of the reviews written are true in my case as well, so no need to say it again. I am most impressed by the fact that the B vitamins do not give me a massive headache like most B supplements.

I have a chronically low Vit D absorption, even with doctor prescribed high supplementation and absorption aids. This means I manage chronically low energy levels. Also, my system is fairly sensitive and a little supplementation usually works for me the way a medium dose works for others. I’ve shopped and tried various healthy products to help improve my energy level without a crash such as is associated with sugars or caffeine.
I’m now on my 4th bottle of Irwin’s Triple Energy – after taking one pill daily, sometimes two pills daily for several months now. Frankly, it took a few weeks for this product to kick in for me. Part of that was experimenting on when and how much to take. But after I figured that out, I feel a mild but distinct energy increase that is sustained for much of the day (after morning ingestion).
Importantly, I’ve learned that I get a better energy result if I take this pill separate, spaced-out from any other medications or pill supplements. So I take it during my mid-morning break, with a full glass of water. (When everyone else is refreshing their coffee cup, I’m swigging down this pill).
I’ve found that taking more pills during the day sustains/increases my energy level. I do sometimes take a second pill in mid-afternoon if I’m going to be working a longer day – or if I’m having a mid-afternoon energy crash – and it always helps!

This is my favorite adaptogen supplement by far! I’ve taken a few others, but none are as strong as this or they come with caffeine included into their formula. For being straight adaptogens this formula is pretty effective. I’ve bought this bottle for the 2nd time now and decided to leave a review for it. I think that it could come with a few more servings to be honest, but you are only paying around $12 – $15 so I’m not too concerned about the price. A serving size is 4 tablets and they are quite big, but I’ve used plenty of Irwin Natural products and all of their pills are like this. Not really an issue for me honestly, although smaller pills are nice. I take all the 4 pills at once and even combine this supplement with another adaptogen supplement if I need an extra boost! The bottles from Irwin Naturals always come wrapped nicely in bubble wrap in the shipping boxes. One of the best things about this product is that everything is natural to my knowledge and I always appreciate that. If you are new to adaptogen supplements then I would start with this product. Just be aware that adaptogens work slower than caffeine. They have a steady increase in energy and a steady decline until you stop feeling it. It really doesn’t take a long time for the pills to start working though, but just be patient if you’re only used to caffeine. I give this product a 5 star review and a HUGE thumbs up!
