Pleased to find just about everything i wanted in a supplement – the vitamins, minerals (especially folic acid, since i want to have kids in a few years), fish oil and evening primrose oil for Omega 3’s and to help balance my PMS-Y hormones,; stress,immune, memory, hormone, and energy support! Anti-oxidants, too. Love that it’s food derived.
In the past, i’ve lost interest in taking supplements because they were chalky horse-pills. These aren’t small, for sure, but they are liqui-jels and way easier for me to swallow. They don’t make my stomach upset.
I’m also prone to UTI’s and this has cranberry, which should be helpful. I thought i was going to have to take about 5 pills in order to get everything i wanted in a supplement, but this combined almost all of it into one formula. The only other thing i need is a calcium supplement, since the percentage is so low in this formula.
The most notable difference, for me; i still have energy in the evenings – no more 8:00 crash.
Note: Since this product is made in California it has the required Prop 65 warning that this product contains lead. Since this product is food derived, the company is required by the state to inform the customer of ANY TRACE of lead that may be in the product. This TRACE amount of lead comes from the soil and water the food is grown in. This company does comprehensive testing on its products to make sure they meet state requirements. I had been taking tons of vitamins each and every day for many years trying to replicate what the so-called experts say women need to be healthy. I have gotten so tired of keeping inventory and taking so many individual supplements, and then I came upon this one. It seems to have all the essentials, plus some extras, if not the same “amount” of each, as I was taking. At least with this one, I only have to take 3 per day. With being on Amazon’s Subscribe and Save program, I no longer have to keep track and order so many individual vitamin pills, which is another plus- they are just delivered right to my door each and every month automatically! Not to mention the cost of supplementing should come down for me tremendously. Despite all the vitamins I have taken over the years (and exercising), I still have developed back arthritis, so they obviously didn’t prevent that. But, overall, I think I am feeling a bit more energetic than I was before. I am still taking my other vitamins as well – weaning off them – need to use them all up since I paid for them. But after that, this will be my only vitamin.

I have been using these vitamins for quite a few years and am pleased with their effectiveness.
My numbers from blood pressure to cholesterol as a whole have been at very good levels.
The only thing is that the dosage recommendation is three tablets but I’m only taking 2. The tablets are a good size but they’re coated so it goes down pretty smoothly. I feel that I do reap the benefits from taking these vitamins.

I have tried a few supplements as far as daily vitamins go- and known are as amazing as these. GNC’s smell atrocious, are hard to swallow, and don’t feel to have much effect. Then there are the generic multi-vitamins that corner stores sell, and if you read all the additives and what little is actually in them nutrient wise- they are a wsate of money. Not these- these are worth every cent! I feel AMAZING after taking these regularly for a month. They are easy to swallow, have a mild tolerable smell, and have no fillers. Just high nutrient dense liquid capsules. I love them! No other multi-vitamin for me- this is the one! <3
