During a recent visit with my sister, we discussed which supplements we take, and I left feeling that I might need to add an iron supplement to my daily regiment. I generally do no take iron supplements because in the past they seemed to have resulted in me becoming constipated. My sister told me this used to be a problem for her until she started taking a liquid iron supplement first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I have been taking this liquid iron supplement for women with vitamin C as instructed, and have had zero negative issues. Plus, I seem to have more energy and feel less sluggish than before, which could be my body’s response to getting enough iron.

Taste sooooo good! For once I don’t hate taking my iron. It doesn’t make you constipated like the pill or hard on your stomach.

This is a really nice liquid supplement, you can’t taste the iron it’s a strong raspberry flavor. Vary effective, I could feel a difference after the first dose. Easy to use the dropper has measurements on it. I had an issue with tiredness, and my energy has been a lot better after taking this, I don’t get that drowsiness after awaking. Smells good to, no funky aftertaste. Came packaged nicely, no damages or leakage, shipped on time.

I was expecting this supplement to taste horrible, like so many liquid ones do, but it tastes very good. Kind of like rosewater smells, or something similar. Of course, tastes vary, so you might or might not like it. But the dose is small.
The standard dose is 1 ml, or one full dropper every day (but the dropper is small). It’s easier to draw a half ml at a time, so I take half a dose in the morning and half in the evening. This bottle covers one month, and note that it has Vitamin C, D, E, B6 and B12 included. Check the box/label for the amounts of those included, to see if it has the amounts you need or whether you need to supplement further. For me, these are perfect amounts.
I like it! Time will tell whether it does as intended, but for now I am happy to use it.

I’m always a little nervous taking new iron supplements. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t need to take anything with it to aid in digestion. It seemed to work well too. I also appreciate that it is organic and non-gmo. The only thing I didn’t love about it is the taste. It has a raspberry flavor to it but I think that combined with the thicker syrup type liquid was really not appealing, but not so bad that you can’t get it down. And I prefer no sugar over having a good taste. The serving size is small enough that you can easily chase it down with water.

I have chronic iron deficiency anemia and I have been instructed by a doctor to supplement with iron. Unfortunately, I have found that iron pills of any kind do not seem to work well for me. Liquid supplements seem to have much better absorption and uptake for me. Unfortunately they normally taste so bad that I have to force myself to take them everyday. I was expecting the same with this so I was really happy when the flavor turned out to not be disagreeable at all. This supplement is strongly raspberry flavored and despite not having any sugar added, is very sweet tasting. While it’s not exactly delicious per se, its not at all bad. I don’t find myself avoiding taking it every morning, instead it tastes just fine and doesn’t linger in the mouth and cause an aftertaste. Perfect!
The formula seems very healthy and effective. The bottle you receive is fairly small but the price is very affordable. Best of all the normal dose size is 1ml, which is very easy to take and swallow. It comes with a clearly marked, graduated eye dropper as well which makes it very easy to measure your dosage.
Night Bird –
A liquid iron that doesn’t taste like rusty nails is a winner for me. I do, of course, mix it in a glass of juice. It is a plus to have the vitamin c and b12 to help deliver and absorb it. This is a great option for those who hate/cannot swallow tablets.
