I keep hearing sea moss does this and that and the other. Well, this is a great product to try if you believe in all the hype. 120 servings is plenty enough time to gauge the efficacy. Plus it has 70 other trace minerals that everyone’s talking about. I heard sea moss helped lower blood pressure so I jumped onto the bandwagon. I’m not convinced enough to stop taking my BP meds but if it helps at all I’m going to keep taking it. I think it’s worth a try

This seems to be an excellent quality supplement with very few listed ingredients.
There are many supposed benefits to this supplement, without much actual science to back those claims. You can read the product information or Google Irish Sea moss too check those out.
I wanted to try it to see if I had any success with the purported benefits. After taking it for a few weeks I haven’t really noticed any changes. My energy levels and gut health seem to be about the same.
I experienced no side effects of note. I’m not sure I’d continue the use of this after the 120 days supply is out. I’ll have to see if my opinion changes with further use.

I have no major issues with this product. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no odd taste or aftertaste. They didn’t cause any stomach issues and there’s 120 servings in here, which gives you either a four-month supply at one a day, a two-month supply at two a day, or a one-month plus supply at three a day, all of which is allowed under the included directions. I appreciate that they’re organic and use a vegan capsule.

I’ve just begun to experiment with sea moss, and am evaluating it in conjunction with some others that are reputed to support gut health. Being early in the process, it’s difficult to discern whether it’s actually having an effect.
So I can only comment on obvious things: 1) I like that it’s organic, 2) There’s no unpleasant taste or aftertaste, 3) The bottle provides for up to 120 servings with each serving consisting of one capsule – which is easy to swallow!
As with all medications and supplements, it’s advised that you check with a physician to determine suitability and dosing information appropriate to you.

The capsules are clean and have no odor or residue in the bottle. They are easy to take. I am taking with lots of water. The trace minerals are great for a lot of your bodily functions and overall well being. This is one of the better products I have seen along this line of sea moss supplements. The price is a little more, but the inclusion of prebiotics, and overall quality make this an excellent buy! Highly recommend this one.
