I’ve been reading all the benefits of CMOS end it affects on high cholesterol and blood pressure so for me it was a matter of finding a brand that was high-quality. This brand was recommended after several reviews, and it came at a good price, comparably. Just been taking it for a week. I’m fine with the size. There is no effect on my stomach. Maybe I’ll let you know in a month or so how it’s performing and there’s no noticeable taste.
