I love this brand. They are so clean and I always feel like their vitamins are high quality and quickly effective. These pearls are so small that my young son has no problem swallowing them with water. I like to buy this pack whenever we go on vacation just to have extra support.

I have IBS-D that is so bad that it was mis-diagnosed as Crohn’s Disease for many years. I am also severely and I mean, truly severely, lactose intolerant… eating a bite of something breaded with crumbs made from bread that was made with milk will make me horribly ill for a couple of days ‘intolerant’.
Although these are grown on milk, I’ve never had an incident with them containing any lactose and the good bacteria really offsets the horribly upset gut I have a goodly portion of the time.
I have recommended these to many people and have heard back nothing but great things. They work for both types of GI problems.
When things are really bad, I’ll take two per day. When I can afford them, that is.
Beware. If you are taking anti-biotics for an infection, you shouldn’t take probiotics, as they can possibly reduce the efficacy of your treatment. But definitely take your probiotics afterward to replace the good flora in your gut that antibiotic therapy often disrupts. It always messes me up.
I’ve taken other probiotics, but when I have the money, these are the ones I prefer above all others. They are more expensive, but worth it.
I have shopped around for pricing and Amazon beats everyone’s prices. I saw these at RiteAid for almost twice this price. Crazy! I’ve shopped all over online and couldn’t find a better price anywhere.

I’ve been using Integrative Pearl Probiotics for 5+ years now. I was diagnosed with IBSC. As a last effort to help me, my gastroenterologist suggested taking probiotics. I was always in pain and bloated. I tried every pearl on the market. They all gave me cramps and didn’t reduce or help my symptoms. My chiropractor carried Integrative products. I decided why not? So glad I did! I have no cramps when taking these AND I have a regular BM like clock work EVERY DAY! If you know, you know!! I have these on auto delivery and will never stop taking them. They are tiny and easy to digest. I take one pearl in the morning every day. My gut has never felt better. Price point is comparable to similar products. I hope they work for someone else as well as they do for me!

This product was suggested as a way to stop gut upset after bariatric surgery and also as we age food doesn’t digest as well, causing further upset. Some reviewers said to not get the one you can buy at places such as Wal-Mart as they can cause more problems. I like that this one doesn’t have to be kept refrigerated and it was recommended by fellow lap-banders. It arrived in 3 days! It took several days, maybe 5, but then I started feeling so much better. I have been taking it about a month now, one pearl a day, and it is so great! My gut doesn’t hurt or do any of the previous unpleasant things it used to do. I recommend this to anyone who has gut pain from gassiness, bariatric surgery, getting older, etc. I have read that due to our environment and food processing many people don’t have the optimum intestinal bacteria, so it seems it couldn’t hurt at all, and may help you as well as it did me. I am so pleased and impressed with this product, I can’t say enough good things about it.
