I have been using another well known D3 plus K2 (MK7) supplement for several years. I decided to give this brand a try as it has the same quality ingredients but in a different ratio of K2 to D3 (twice as much K2, but still within the guideline limits for upper end daily intake).
The capsule is the typical size, and equally the same experience in terms of swallowing, and I feel confident in the quality ingredients in this supplement.
The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is due to the perceived value. At the time of this review, the cost is 41 cents per capsule while the D3+K2 supplement I was taking is 8 cents per capsule. I am not certain the difference in price is justified (or a good value for me) even when taking into consideration that it has twice the amount of K2.

Only been taking this for a month but seems to overall help with energy and immunity. The cost is a little higher than a normal K2/D3 supplement but if you are look for a high quality supplement I would recommend this product.

I’m usually quite cautious when it comes to supplements – especially those purchased online. Integrative Therapeutics is a known brand that states regular testing and quality control, which gives some confidence in the product. As with any supplement, caution should be excerised.
As for the product, it is easy to swallow and has no lingering after taste. I have not noticed substantial changes, but I don’t expect that from a D3/K2 vitamin. Overall, pretty decent and good option if you are seeking this kind of supplement.
