I feel a million times better after starting this product at recommendation of my OBGYN. She sells this particular brand of DIM in her office. With that being said, I am also on BHRT DHEA and testosterone, so it’s hard to tell what exactly is helping, or if it’s a combo. My guess is that it is a combination. I’m 38, and went to my doctor with complaints of fogginess, exhaustion, forgetfulness, demotivation etc. Also no focus or sex drive. I was literally wandering around in an exhausted haze feeling like my brain was broken. All symptoms are greatly improved. With that being said, this product is pricey and there are other well-rated DIM products which I plan to try.

I have taken Indolplex Dim for more than a year to keep Estradiol (I’m male) under control. Because I like to know if I am wasting time and money, I checked my Estradiol using the Sensitive Blood test then stopped taking it for two months; took another Estradiol test; then re-started my DIM and 30 days later, checked Estradiol again. DIM (taking 2 capsules per day) lowered the sensitive Estradiol level by 3 points.
That is my proof that it works for me.

I was curious with a little time so I made searches on other ingredient such as Tocophersolan that appears to be a synthetic water-soluble version of vitamin E.
Synthetic vitamins are artificial substances chemically identical or similar to the natural forms of vitamins vs Natural vitamins that are organic substances naturally found in plants, animals, or microorganisms.
The vegetable capsule contain modified cellulose.
We already absorbs without knowing it too many chemical crap so no need to add some more with supplements that are supposed to make you healthy!

Many years ago when I starting going perimenopausal, these helped stabilize my hormones and keep me from screaming and crying for no apparent reason. I wouldn’t use this without consulting a licensed nutritionist.

Definitely consult with your doctor before taking this product, as it has a significant impact on estrogen levels. For me, I struggle with estrogen dominance, and this supplement has been a lifesaver.

X Ingredients –
I am very sensitive to hormonal imbalances, and I wish I had listened to my mother and tried DIM earlier. I have been struggling with symptoms of estrogen dominance for years since having children–I had freezing cold feet, hair loss, foggy head accompanied by dizziness, no libido, hair thinning, adult acne, PMS…the list of symptoms goes on and on. I absolutely got no help from western medicine MDs who just tried to give me one anti-depressant after another to treat what we assumed was anxiety. I finally requested that they test my hormones, but they never tested them all at once or the right time, and when I insisted that I felt it was a hormonal imbalance they just wanted to put me on the pill. The pill is just synthetic hormones that you are adding to your already imbalanced hormones and it doesn’t get to the root of the problem. So, I ordered a hormone test online and the results showed estrogen dominance. My NMD and acupuncturist recommended I try DIM, and I was so pleased to find that Integrative Therapeutics had two options as I trust this company and have used other products by them with massive success. While I’m not a fan of most western medicine doctors, I do believe in testing and guidance from a medical professional when it comes to supplements…do your homework and test your results whenever taking a supplement or working with hormones.
That’s the back story, and I am happy to report that the lingering symptoms that I just couldn’t get rid of are now gone. I forgot what it was like to feel normal. I chose the Indolplex without calcium because I have kidney stones and avoid calcium supplements, but if you can take calcium (gluconate) I recommend it because it helps your body clear estrogen so it doesn’t get re-absorbed. Many have headaches when they start taking DIM, and I did have headaches for about 4 days, but I powered through because I knew that it was just my body’s reaction to clearing a build up of excessive estrogen out of my system. So worth it, I finally feel like I can move forward feeling like myself again.
