Significantly reduced post workout aches/pains/light headedness. No longer getting muscle cramps at night during heavy run weeks. Wish i found it sooner.
Complaints from others about chunks being left after mixing seem to be unfounded. Try mixing with more water. Mixing with 16oz as recommended leaves no chunks and a good flavour. Even though it tastes like citrus flavoured ocean water, but thats essentially what it is.
Highly recommend.

Not too salty which I enjoy and I felt hydrated from it. the only issue I had was it did not dissolve very well. The salt pieces stayed chunky in my water no matter how much stirring or mixing I did. Mango passion fruit and citrus are the best flavors!

I recently purchased the Insaltd™ Sugar-Free Electrolytes, and I’m thrilled with the results. As someone who enjoys playing tennis regularly, staying hydrated is crucial, and these packets have become an essential part of my routine. The fact that they’re sugar-free with no stevia aftertaste is a huge plus.
I’ve tried other electrolyte drinks before, but they often left a weird aftertaste. Not these! The taste is clean and refreshing, making it easy to stay hydrated during intense matches and long practice sessions. The high-potency formula really helps me maintain my energy levels on the court, especially during those long sets.
The convenience of the individual packets is another bonus. I can easily toss a few in my tennis bag, so I’m always prepared, whether I’m at a tournament or just playing a casual game. With 28 packs in the box, it’s also a great value for the price.
Overall, I highly recommend the Insaltd™ Electrolytes Powder Packets to any tennis player or athlete looking for a clean, effective, and tasty way to stay hydrated without the sugar or weird aftertaste. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

I was so excited to try this product and gave it several changes. We’ve made it most of the way through our box but unfortunately this is not a winner for me. I love the idea of lemon ginger. I tried it hot and cold and played with different amounts of water but there is a bitter flavor that shines through. I’m not sure if it’s the sweetener alternative or the lemon ginger flavoring that’s added but it’s not great. I was also hoping for a hint of salty flavor to balance the sweetness but there is not a trace of that either. Seems like other reviews love this but it won’t be a re purchase for me.

As a runner in Florida, I’m always looking for the right fuel and hydration to get me through my miles. I have some favorites, but it’s always great to mix it up.
I am always on the sweatier side so iI do look for higher sodium content, and I prefer lower to no sugar, so Insaltd packets seemed like a no-brainer. I also liked the variety pack – there’s nothing worse than getting stuck with all one flavor, especially if it’s not as tasty as hoped.
Everything mixes into water nicely and easily with no clumping. The flavors were all bold and didn’t have any funky aftertastes. After review, the grapefruit is probably my favorite with the citrus in second. I used the packets after my outdoor runs, and felt great.
That being said, 900 mg per packet is a lot of sodium for regular training. If I was in for a marathon or half marathon right now, it would be perfect, but for regular Florida summer running, it’s not necessary. I will stash these until i start ramping up my miles.

I am always seeking a sugar free electrolyte mix that doesnt use stevia (i hate the taste) or sucralose (i have a sensitivity to it), so i gave these a try. Right off the bat, they have a decent fruit flavor, but they are sickly sweet, and then have a very, very off-putting after taste (i assume its the sweetener glyvia, i havent found much info on it, but i dont think i like it). To top it off, they just taste of heavy salt once the overly sweet fruit flavor passes. Oh, and you cant really stir this power, it just clumps, you have to use a shaker bottle. I will not be buying these again, and honestly the remainder of the box will likely end up in the trash.

I am a runner and an extremely salty sweater, so electrolytes are a MUST for me all year long. I got the variety pack to try all of the flavors!
The natural ingredients and the balanced blend of sodium, potassium, and magnesium in these salty packets have been a game-changer for me. I can now enjoy my long runs without the fear of post-run headaches. Woohoo!
My favorite flavor was the lemon ginger; a little spicy but it hits the spot!
I love knowing that I am replenishing the minerals that I have lost, warding off headaches, and not filling my body with unnatural ingredients! Yay!

Recently, I stumbled upon Insaltd and I like it. There’s 4 diff flavors and it’s easy to pack and go. I play tennis often and it’s really helped me with my game (as opposed to just drinking water) and it’s given me more energy to keep playing harder. I love that it has clean ingredients, and no artificial sweeteners or preservatives, and is 0 calories! It’s great for traveling, gym, workouts, athletic sports/games, etc. It’s also amazing for hydration as it’s packed with electrolytes and helps me stay hydrated. It’s affordable and has a lot of benefits, so I recommend trying it.

Flavors were fun and interesting — salty but not bad. Def great option for salty sweaters during summer marathon training

InSalted is just another electrolyte company—or so I thought. Easily mixing without weird clumps or anything, their electrolyte packets are delicious! A little on the salty end, you KNOW you’re getting all of your electrolytes in each of these. Although the saltiness is there, it’s still very drinkable with their different flavors—I’m a citrus man. As a marathoner, I’ve noticed me being less thirsty on my runs. I’ve been using them mostly as a top off of electrolytes before a run or after. Still need to experiment with it during a run but i feel confident enough to try it out on a longrun. If you’re in the market for a new mix—for SURE give them a try!
